Reply to tickets via email
Reply to tickets, update tickets via email (email correspondence).
Need the ability to correspond with customer tickets via email only. We need to easily see ticket content and reply to the ticket via email with our replies entered in the ticket. Every helpdesk software I have ever used worked this way except Atera/Zendesk. It make Atera almost useless as a helpdesk ticketing system for a busy MSP.
The website is not good (no desktop/browser notifications) and it seems ridiculous to have to receive mobile app notification with a web-portal open at the same time.

Desktop notifications
I would be great, if it were possible to receive desktop notiifcations upon ticket updates, alerts etc.
Maybe by implementing push notifications for the browser?

Floorplan
The ability to import a floor plan from a customer location would be great. Something where objects could be manually dragged to their location on the floorplan for users, printers, datacenter etc. Then we could lay out a customer location and be able to know where the device is located. Even as far as clicking on the device to bring up its screen to manage it.

Get an alert for newly installed programs not based on the events that are built in which give you alerts if programs updates.

I want to integrate existing 3rd party apps. Acronis, Threatlocker, SentinelOne, Ironscales, etc. WITHOUT purchasing through Atera.
I want to bring over existing portals without the poor rates Atera has for the same products.

Network discovery should be free
The network discovery option should be a free option.
Now we run a free tool on a customer device. There are so many free tools which are doing a excellent job in network discovery. Very strange we have to pay for it separate in Atera. Realy don't understand this choice.94 votes -

To see a clients activity for when they connect and disconnect from the assigned device. Ideally the users name, date and time.

Enhanced White Label Branding
- One is to incorporate a password on the agent so people cannot accidently or purposely shut down the agent or uninstall because they are not sure what it is!
- Expand the White Label branding so it also allows customizing or generically displaying the install program name and folder name, as well as in the Apps and Add Remove Program Files. Instead of “Atera” under Program Files or Program Files (x86), or the Apps and Add Remove Program files use something like “RmmAgent” or “MSPcompanynameagent” The reason is customers see the Atera program and decide they do not know…

Pause alerts during patching window (set devices into maintenance mode)
During patching set devices into maintenance mode or similar in order that not all alerts are showing up all the time and filling up the ticket system

oauth2 - Login to atera using Microsoft 365 Account
it's very easy to integrate office 365 OAuth2 integration for logins... please do so
give us the ability to just click the microsoft or google icon at the bottom of the login page... if we are logged into an account that has the same email as a user on the system... waallllaaaaa we log in

Network documentation and diagrams section
It would be very useful to have a section where you can generate and save network diagrams, SIR plans, network security configuration etc...

Asset Management Reporting
When managing multiple environments, it is vital to be able to keep track of devices that would warrant upgrades, or replacement. Reporting geared towards listing all assets/devices (subject to filtering) with all their key components (i.e. CPU model, # of cores, Memory size and type, Disk size and type, etc.) would be really helpful in determining what equipment needs attention.
