  1. Have the customer portal show the assets for that customer. So when a customer logs in on the portal they could see and manage their assets including adding, updating, and deleting assets.

  2. Bit-defender has Integrity Monitoring which is a great security feature, upon inquiring with bit-defender and confirmation from Atera support this feature isn't available for instances integrated with Atera. We can see the Integrity Monitoring but unable to apply any of the rules.
    Need this to be turned on to meet PCI requirements and enhance overall end-points security.

  3. An integration with Snipe-IT asset management software would be awesome.
    Please create an add-on for Atera or do some kind of integration with Snipe-IT at least do an inventory sync module.

    Snipe-IT is open source:
    https://snipeitapp.com/product/open-source
    Even if Atera could see potential in the idea and have the developer capacity you guys can create a fork of it and integrate it.

  5. Ability to create tickets that are master tickets with sub tickets attached to it. mainly for bigger projects.

    This will for example Created a Project, within that project multiple tickets link to it where one could see how far % a project is, whats completed, whats not.

  7. Backing up or exporting files: We spend all of our lives backing up things for our customers, feels uncomfortable not to back up our databased. if Atera is hacked and if we don't have a back up and we will have a problem. It would be a facility to have a backup of Atera. It is not about migrating to a new service. Us knowing we have a secure backup every week and every night.

  10. One of the most important features of any RMM solution is the monitoring of hardware. Specifically, temperature of the motherboard, CPU and DISK. Atera has that capability right now and thresholds are fully customizable. But different hardware has different thresholds.

    Within the Intel lineup, there are different thresholds for the i3, i5 and i7. And even within the same processor family, there are different thresholds for different generations.

    Having one conservative threshold generates a lot of false alerts. And going the other way is risky. Creating different thresholds for different processor types and generations becomes a management nightmare giving that…

  11. Auto-assign tickets. When a tech replies to a ticket, they should be assigned the ticket by default. We shouldn't need to manually assign tickets or use round robin ticket set up.

  12. SNMP monitoring,

    We monitor all DiskUsage / Memory, CPU, Network bandwidth Usage type OIDs on servers / switches / routor or any other SNMP device.

    It would be very relevant to allow the activation or not of a historical graph of each supervised OID in order to be able to do troubleshooting or proactive supervision

    Current SNMP monitoring is so incomplete without this essential functionality !!! We would like have some graph same as prtg/nagios/NMP/graphana/ or other

  13. We have a few emails addresses setup that we would like to use to send emails from for different emails from Atera.

    So for email alerts we use a specific email address, for Helpdesk tickets we use another email address, For reports another email address.

    We would like to be able to setup each email type to be sent with a specific email account not all use the same email address.

  14. Please create some webhooks that can get triggered when an threshold is tripped or when a ticket is created, etc... (think about sending alerts to Teams Channels, or Slack Channels depending on client etc). This is a huge issue for us, keeping up on the tickets coming in as the interface to manage is kind of clunky, and the overall web notifications of tickets its insufficient. Email templates are limited for customization and mobile app rarely functions.

  15. Allow the agent to gather and report any information (S/N, model number, manufacturer) on attached peripherals (mice, keyboard, etc) to allow IT departments to take inventory of these devices.

  17. It would be very helpful to either be able to hide Hardware Driver Updates from showing in the available updates count OR create a separate column only listing Hardware Driver Updates. The two are completely separate and each have their own importance. It's confusing after a patch automation run to see a number showing as if you still have missing patches on a device. Then you click in to the device to see it's all hardware driver stuff. I would like to see software and hardware separated into different columns / categories as it relates to patching.   20. Recurring item billing

    Our current helpdesk allows us to log/schedule recurring items (Microsoft 365 licenses, domain name renewals, backup plans, etc) either monthly or annually and bill monthly via quickbooks online sync.
