Dynamic groups for Devices / Agents
Be able to create groups or searches of specific devices (Like only server OS or only workstation OS), and automatically apply IT automation profiles (not limited to) to those devices.

Customer Portal Should Include Assets
Have the customer portal show the assets for that customer. So when a customer logs in on the portal they could see and manage their assets including adding, updating, and deleting assets.

integration with Snipe-IT asset management software
An integration with Snipe-IT asset management software would be awesome.
Please create an add-on for Atera or do some kind of integration with Snipe-IT at least do an inventory sync module.

This idea proposes rebuilding Notifications on a modern, cross-domain infrastructure that supports async process updates (patching, scripts, deployments), plus AI-triggered notifications from Copilot and Autopilot, with full history and actionable CTAs.

bitdefender integrity monitoring
Bit-defender has Integrity Monitoring which is a great security feature, upon inquiring with bit-defender and confirmation from Atera support this feature isn't available for instances integrated with Atera. We can see the Integrity Monitoring but unable to apply any of the rules.
Need this to be turned on to meet PCI requirements and enhance overall end-points security.64 votes -

Atera Back up
Backing up or exporting files: We spend all of our lives backing up things for our customers, feels uncomfortable not to back up our databased. if Atera is hacked and if we don't have a back up and we will have a problem. It would be a facility to have a backup of Atera. It is not about migrating to a new service. Us knowing we have a secure backup every week and every night.

A smarter way to monitor temperature
One of the most important features of any RMM solution is the monitoring of hardware. Specifically, temperature of the motherboard, CPU and DISK. Atera has that capability right now and thresholds are fully customizable. But different hardware has different thresholds.
Within the Intel lineup, there are different thresholds for the i3, i5 and i7. And even within the same processor family, there are different thresholds for different generations.
Having one conservative threshold generates a lot of false alerts. And going the other way is risky. Creating different thresholds for different processor types and generations becomes a management nightmare giving that…

Auto-assign tickets. When a tech replies to a ticket, they should be assigned the ticket by default. We shouldn't need to manually assign tickets or use round robin ticket set up.

Patch Dashboard View
Need to be able to see a "Patch Dashboard" where you can see the patches & clients in one view and can apply patches. Going into the "Band-Aid" on each machine really isn't a practical approach.
