Allow More White Label Options
Atera just updated their branding. The new logo looks great but now my custom white label options are ruined because nothing matching hot pink and I have no way of changing that.
Please allow us to customize some of the accent colors so we can continue using our custom white label UI.

Synology Active Backup Monitoring

The closest thing I've come by when it comes to monitoring Active Backup actively is by using this script (https://github.com/WAdama/nas_ab_status/commits/master) and Paessler PRTG. However it doesn't cover all backup options in Active Backup, so when you have hundreds of file backup-jobs, server backup-jobs and hypervisors backup-jobs as well as 365 and/or Google backup-jobs you're out of luck. Install agent on Synology, QNAP or Raspberry Pi. As we move to more cloud and Saas based offerings, the days when people had dedicated servers in the office is going away. As such I would like to be able to install the agent on another type of device like a NAS.

Allow for customization of columns on ticketing screen
On the Ticketing page the columns are locked to the default fields. We don't utilize the SLA field within our organization; and the new sentiment column is also irrelevant.
Allowing the end user to change what is displayed on the ticketing dashboard would allow for extra space for fields that are relevant, like allowing for longer ticket titles to be displayed.

Overall improvement of Patch Management
This needs an overhaul and the following additional features would be an improvement.
Scheduled Device Scan for Updates
After updates have completed If a user is logged in prompt to reboot every set period of time until reboot accepted.
After Updates If a user is not logged in attempt to reboot to schedule based on local device time.
Allow local admin credential injection in order to force updates through that require a device to not just be turned on but logged in to work.
Approve or Reject updates and set priority for security and critical updates based on the CVE.

Email technician when they have been @ tagged on an internal note of a ticket
When you make an internal note and @ tag an engineer, That technician should receive an email saying "You have been mentioned on a ticket (hyplink to ticket)"

Allow central management of SSO, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and password-based authentication across client organizations from a single admin console.
The biggest piece would be to allow Multi-tenant management that makes it simple to administer the password manager for multiple organizations.

Notify when device is back online
If availability monitoring is enabled for a device, Atera sends alerts when that device goes offline. However, it would be very useful if it would also send a notification when the device is back online (after a reboot for example). This is a basic feature and a must-have in my opinion.

Ability to archive retired devices
I want to be able to show my customers what machines have been replaced over the replacement cycle, so I do not want to delete retired machines from atera, I want to be able to mark them as retired and exclude them from everything except a retired assets report.
The current system of hide devices not seen for X days is not the same thing, Just because a device has not been switched on for say 300 days, does not mean that I do not need to know of it's existence for the fixed assets register.
