  2. Feel like you all are ignoring the dark mode requests at this point. Please do a dark mode quickly. The only tool I use without dark mode and it seems crazy you have not implemented this yet.

  3. When logging in, here's what I have to do

    1. Go to https://app.atera.com/auth0.html ("Login" button, top right, atera.com)
    2. Enter my email address, click "continue"
    3. A password field appears. Enter my password.
    4. I get a prompt to "Use fingerprint or face recognition" (which never works, it says "Something went wrong")
    5. I click "Try another method"
    6. I then click "Google Authentication or similar"
    7. On the following page a OTP field appears for my rolling code

    Only after all this can I log in and get to working.

    Now this wouldn't be so much of an issue if Atera didn't keep logging me out…

    Hello,We got your idea! Thank you so much for taking the time to send it. We’ll keep an eye on how many others also want this feature, and keep you posted if a decision is reached to add it as a new Atera feature.

  4. In order to get to favorites you have to create a filter and choose favorites, in the old you UI you just clicked the favorites tab. So the new UI creates more work to get to favorites, which favorites is used CONSTANTLY by or organization.

  7. SNMP Devices UI is not friendly.

    1)Passwords are behind 3 Menu clicks
    2) Not possible to reorder OIDs
    3) Not Possible to edit an OID to change text or condition value
    4) Include a field to display the unit of a specific value .. Example MB, minutes, etc
    4) would be great to add some simple arithmetic functions. some of OID numbers need to be divided by a value to make more sense of them. Example Storage use
    5) Add the option to graph a value over time

    Acronis Found a lot more apps that needed to be updated and some of them were Critical. Atera didn't even identify them as needing updated

  9. Would it be possible to add a "My Tickets" filter or the ability to filter by requester in the user view (for the main contact)?

    Currently, they only have a list that is very difficult to sort/filter properly.

    Similarly, the ability to sort by creation date and other criteria is very limited.

  10. Please make it possible for a user to turn off all the AI guff it keeps suggesting. This is not something I will ever use, I find the whole concept abhorrent and apart from which, I like my job, I don't want the computer to be doing it for me and getting it wrong.

  12. Provide one viewer license per company account. This viewer license allows you to display your teams dashboard on a central digital display in the office without having to use a tech license.

    That way it can be set to run 24/7 on a TV allowing management and team members to track progress and stats.

  13. Can we talk about how the AI and help buttons in the bottom right of the screen are always in the way ? I always seem to need to click the one element on the page that is at the bottom and covered by the buttons.

    Can we please get some additional padding added to all of the pages so that those buttons wont cover anything up.

  16. The new ticket tabs are a nice feature, I just have some suggestions for how they could be improved:

    -Have the details for each tab start with the ticket title rather than the reference number; currently when I have several tabs open all I see is the # reference number for each one which makes it difficult to find the particular ticket I want to switch back to without hovering over each one to see the full title.

  19. I have created a view of the Devices page, and I want to make changes to the view itself so there is no Page header, no Search Box, and very tight vertical spacing so I can see 50 devices' statuses on one screen without scrolling up and down.

  20. Sorting should be consistent in Azure Import Screen. We have hundreds of sites (retail locations) and when new sites are created, we have to match Azure AD Office on the left to Atera Sites on the right. The first issue is that the Azure AD Sites list never removes entries that no longer exist (office, in our case). We are well beyond the 30-day deleted user retention period. The second issue is that the Atera Sites drop down does not sort at all. Most of our sites begin with a 4-digit number and these appear in a random order. There…
