DARK MODE THEME
Really need a dark mode. I see another older post for this with over 1000 votes, and under review for 2 years??? This all white is so jarring to pull up (especially when I already have a migraine but still need to get work done), and shouldn't take much to implement a drop down option for Normal or Dark Modes which change background and text colors on the page.

AI and Help Buttons are in the way
Can we talk about how the AI and help buttons in the bottom right of the screen are always in the way ? I always seem to need to click the one element on the page that is at the bottom and covered by the buttons.
Can we please get some additional padding added to all of the pages so that those buttons wont cover anything up.

public IP
It would be great to have the public IP of the managed computer displayed in the list of computers. This way, we can easily identify if all computers in the company are working from the same location of the user/computer is working remote. This would also allow us to see server NAT information as well.

Put devices in multiple folders or tags
I would love the ability to 'tag' devices, or be able to place devices in multiple folders. So you could either tag devices with 'server' or 'finance' or 'sales', or be able to put device in multiple folders, eg 'building a' or 'site b' or 'servers'.
You get the idea... :)

"Tickets" user interface
Having the ability to change the ticket view. Being able to add or remove columns. Being able to shrink or expand them. Being able to sort them from the top row with a drop down (instead of using the view).Being able to move the columns around. Since switching to the new layout, it seems like the content is more spread out, which looks aesthetically pleasing, but makes it just a little bit harder to find the info that's needed right away. Unlike the previous version. Being able to customize that view would help with this.

event viewer
The event viewer window is very small, we should be able to maximize this window. Also, it would be very good to be able to filter and search for specific events. Actually, the "Event Viewer" option from the devices is not very usable.

Bulk creation of monitoring devices
When adding devices for monitoring we sometimes add 10-20 of the same device type. It would be ideal if we could bulk-create these devices.

Accessible satisfaction Survey
Currently, Atera's satisfaction survey system lacks accessibility features, particularly for visually impaired users. When a ticket is resolved, Atera sends out a survey, but blind users are unable to interact with it effectively using screen readers. Key issues include the lack of attributes announcing survey options like "Very Poor," "Poor," "Matched Expectations," "Great," and "Super," which are identified only as "Blank." Additionally, attempting to click on these options does not launch the survey in the web browser. Furthermore, the web version of the survey also presents accessibility challenges.
We request the implementation of comprehensive accessibility features within Atera's survey system.…

Have chat open automatically and not ask for user to accept the chat
Have chat open automatically and not ask for user to first accept the chat especially as the chat is not branded in anyway.
In it's current form I feel the chat is unlikely to be useable in production.

I'd like to be able to create a new contact from within the ticket.
When a ticket is already created, but the contact changes and the contact is not already created in Atera, I'd like to be able to create a contact from within the ticket.

Open Knowledge Base Access
To access the Atera Knowledge base a user must make an account which they will not do. And as a technician I can't just share the Knowledge base article link with the user via the Ticket itself either. This makes the Knowledge base only useful to the technicians and not the users.

Sort by column
So, I am specifically talking about Devices for myself, like the ability to sort by Last login or any column really, but I feel like this should be a feature throughout the whole of the Atera platform. Any section, whether that is Devices, Assets, Tickets, etc. we should be able to sort things by column just by clicking on the column.

Desktop notifications
I would be great, if it were possible to receive desktop notiifcations upon ticket updates, alerts etc.
Maybe by implementing push notifications for the browser?

Text box drag to enlarge
I don't like how the text box, when typing notes/replies, has to either be Fullscreen or letterbox style.
I just want to be able to drag the text box to make it longer, rather than have to bounce in and out of Fullscreen.

Expand the view on the Quick Reply, Help Desk Topics, and Category fields.
While using the new UI, pressing on various drop-down menus such as 'Select a Quick Reply Templet', 'Help Desk Topic', and 'Category' do not allow for the full text field to be displayed. For example, on 'Select a Quick Reply Template', when the template name is over 21 characters long, it just adds "..." and you cannot read the full title of the template. Therefore, when selecting, you cannot distinguish similar named templates from one another.
My personal suggestion for a resolution to this problem could be something as simple as adding in a resizing handle to the drop-down menu…
