More customizable dashboard
The dashboard should be able to more customizable, not just have checkboxes for predetermined widgets. Should be able to add any view already in Atera, such as device views, ticket views, etc. So you could also have a ticket widget that is a breakdown per customer, devices per customer, devices in a patched, not patched status etc.

Make [Dashboard] tiles customizable, make each tile having interchangeable categories you can combine.
Example:Tile 1:
[Tickets: Open] + [User Name] + [Connect]Tile 2:
[Tickets: Pending] +
[User Name] +
[Comment: Internal/External]-[Send]Tile 3:
[User Name] + [Patch Manage/Software Installation] +
[Monitor: Memory Usage]Tile 4:
[User Name] + [Ticket #] + [Date Created] + [SLA]Make it to where the user can set rows of categories for each tile or columns. That way scaling is dynamic for each screen resolution and size.
This has 3 major quality of life improvements
1: Reduces repetitive page refreshes jumping between different menus.
(Like how if a user submits a ticket and needs me to remote in, I don't need to refresh my page to the devices tab, or open a new tab to look at the details of the ticket again if I need to refer back).
2: Makes a centralized dashboard customized to each user.
(This helps transform each dashboard menu exactly how a person wants to see it. They don't need to have multiple pages open to view different things)3: Allows easy integration with future features and options. Because they can be integrated into the Tile system.
4: Easy to integrate because you already have the tile system UI setup nicely, all you would need to do is just add the category options and filters.
