Less AI, more fixing existing issues?
Can you focus less on adding AI to every single thing, and actually just fix the basic existing issues that have been on here for an extended time? We were told that we would be able to assign multiple computers to a user when we signed up months ago, but that still hasnt been implemented--yet theres a new AI update out every week.

I've been expressing the same concerns for quite some time now. The product is no longer what it was 4–5 years ago. It's clear that Atera has become just another service provider chasing the AI trend, prioritizing profit over value. It’s time to move on.

The AI is also helpless. It doesn't seem to have access to the basic metadata available on the device dashboard and often cannot apply fixes directly to the device should it find a solution.
Who from the product team is focusing on existing features rather than always going for the new hotness just because it is popular? I don't need Atera to do everything, but I do need to be the best at doing what it promises.
I have created multiple feature requests, followed up on some of them with support tickets, and have a spreadsheet with nearly 30 other feature requests that I simply haven't had a chance to review this ridiculous forum to make sure I'm not creating duplicates.
These types of ideas portals are absolute wastelands; there are never enough people on the product team to properly manage the volume of requests.
I don't need an all-in-one app, I don't need new features, I don't need this to cost any more money than it already does! I need integrations. I need the product team to take these ideas and find a company that has already mastered the product with their own development team.
Atera can still be a single pane of glass but just integrate with the solutions that work. Stop reinventing the wheel and just use the best wheel for the job.

I'm at my wits end with Atera mate. So many basic things can't be done but we get more AI piled on top of the Atera product.

Guys, Atera has become really frustrating.
It feels like the focus is almost entirely on AI while core functionality is still broken or unreliable. The web interface lags badly, the timer in the mobile app still doesn’t work, and patching is far behind modern tools like Action1.
What blows my mind is how many long-standing issues remain unresolved, yet every update is about AI. We don’t need more AI right now — we need the basics to work. Please focus on improving the product, listening to your users, and fixing what’s already broken instead of pushing AI features we didn’t ask for.
