   Tabs in atera are worthless and just cause extra grief having to close them every couple hours.

   Tabs should close when tickets are resolved/closed - There are filters to check on old tickets (closed/resolved).

   Alternatively, the option to turn off tabs altogether would be welcome.

   Bring back the ability to hide the slop options in the Tickets page! We don't pay for the licenses for that crap and do not want the upsell button taking up valuable space on the screens!

   There was an option to hide it before but apparently according to support:

   "Unfortunately, the option to remove the AI column was not by design."
