Tabs in atera are worthless and just cause extra grief having to close them every couple hours.

Tabs should close when tickets are resolved/closed - There are filters to check on old tickets (closed/resolved).
Alternatively, the option to turn off tabs altogether would be welcome.

What's the matter Atera? Can't vibe code dark mode into this? Isn't that what the slop generators are for? Making your life easier? What a joke that this is *STILL* an on-going request for something that even the smallest blog platforms and storefront operations can handle. Embarassing.

We're already using the platform, we don't need the slop generator advertisements. You've already baked that into the price we pay for this, we don't need further reminders of it being FORCED onto us.

Bring back the ability to hide the slop options in the Tickets page! We don't pay for the licenses for that crap and do not want the upsell button taking up valuable space on the screens!
There was an option to hide it before but apparently according to support:
"Unfortunately, the option to remove the AI column was not by design."

Tabs are useless, I've NEVER used them in the time you've forced them into the system. It's especially frustrating to see the dozens and dozens of them stuffed into the UI that could be used for other items, especially when the tickets are days or weeks old.
