Also ability to unlock with biometrics and not have to put in the password and 2fa on the phone everytime I want to access a ticket.

I agree heavily on this. Pushing co-pilot on everyone is what it seems they want to do to drive up revenue. And so many other issues that need addressed. Let alone others are just adding AI to there system vs trying to charge a crazy amount per staff peson since would have to get it for every license you have. The yearly cost where paying isn't seeming worth is anymore when all new things are behind an additional paid wall and let alont I don't need the higher tier plan for every tech like they force you into. I have found several issues as of late that I doubt will get addressed anytime soon.
The focus now is on keeping the new investors happy not the existing customers that have made atera what it is. It's all about revenue to keep those investors pockets lined. Once you add all the add on's that others just include your cost with atera is no longer cheaper than other options out there its a lot more expensive as when the next new thing is made it will be another addon cost. The advantage of atera was the unlimited clients and full featured but those does are long gone now. I don't need every tech to have access to network scanning that maybe one or two on the team need but i have to pay for that for every person we have in atera and only 1 or 2 use it and handle that so yeah its about the revenue for the investors for sure.
