Should be able to purchase Network Discovery for once license - don't need for every tech

I'm thinking of trainees or office workers who are only responsible for ticket status.
An account license or further levels than just admin and technician would make sense here. -

We only have one technician that would be needing to use this. Being able to purchases for one technician would make the difference between our very small company being able to use or not.

I agree, I have 8 technicians, and we need for 3 of us only to have this capability. I think Atera would make more money by allowing this license to be broken out per technician. As an alternative, we are going to have to use Domotz.

Agree, price is toooooooo high. Either price needs to come down, or you allow to purchase for selected Users or charge per number of devices running Network discovery.

Honestly I dont see why we even should pay for this. This is a feature of the software or RMM that should be included in the monthly cost, not an addon.

Just went to sign up and can't purchase for only the person(s) who would need it. Not buying it until then. Atera needs to learn what proper roles are and that not every one who would need access to Atera is a Field Technician.

OR reduce the price until the features of network discovery have matured, a lower price will help uptake of the addon (eg; $2-5 per month per tech).

Would be nice to be able to implement / purchase it by client as well. You don't need it for smaller ones. Flexibility to be able to order it by client or by tech (for 1 or selected techs) would be great.
