Admin account without licence, licensing only for management.....
It is really annoying that there is no granularity in permissions.
I should be possible to be admin without licence just to manage the tenant wich is not possible now. Management roles and user end roles aren't separated levels.
Permissions should permit to create user profiles allowed to do everything except management such as changing licensing or viewing invoices wich concerns management not technicians. Payments method is saved so no control on bills
IMO Actual user management is lacking this VERY important nuance. Very urgent implementing this otherwise not suited for large/well structured companies

Maybe Atera can sell different license types. I would like to have a "cheaper" user license to apply only to the customer for their own tenant, read-only or admin etc. Example; MSP licenses for full pricing and restricted licenses for the MSP depending on their roles and the customer license for managing only one tenant etc.

PLease consider an admin type licence. I have two admin staff who only take calls and want to set up the ticket ready for the technicians. I need managers to go in and review reports and monitor stats. They do not need a sinlge feature of the RMM just the reporting or basic helpdesk. I want to be able to sell this to clients and allow them access to the helpdesk side of things so they can have one product for all their needs not two.
