The current "Per Technician" billing method is only competative up to maybe 2-3 users. Beyond that, the "per agent" models become more cost effective and Atera is losing clients once they grow beyond 2-3 techs.
If you had the ability to add technicians but on maybe different price levels, that would be good. Not all technicians need the same level of functionality.
Also it is clearly evident that there needs to be an "Office Admin" accounts option at a reduced rate. Again, by not having this feature, you are forcing growing businesses to look elsewhere. I read it all the time on Facebook Forums.
