Tabbed or Minimisable devices view / Powershell / SSH sessions
I do a lot of remote PowerShell to work on various PCs. I have to open multiple tabs of Atera to work on different PCs at the same time. I would like the ability to open a remote PowerShell, then minimize it and open remote PowerShell on multiple other PCs at the same time within one window. That way, it can continue to run the command minimized while I work on something else, and can check back on it later to see if it finished.

I would love to have more columns in the device search, for example looking for device serial number would be great
Having more options to quick search would be helpful minimizing the time to look into each device detail.

Direct access to computers from the web console
Often, when reviewing a ticket with the computer associated with a user, it's necessary to check another server, which requires having several tabs open. This could be simplified by adding an icon to the top bar that allows searching for other servers/computers of the same client and connecting remotely.
Clicking the icon opens a small drop-down menu with a magnifying glass for searching, preferably for "servers" and recently accessed servers, for example...

When i select from the left
"devices" and then go to table settings - edit mode to see if antivirus is up to date. Create a new category there. I believe it is very important to see it there. Otherwise you have to go every single machine to check if antivirus is up to date.

One account for everything (aka SSO)
Why do we have multiple accounts for different parts of Atera? Chat doesn't recognise us so we have to give it our name and email, every time. Feedback/Ideas is a different portal with a different login. Support is a different portal. We should be able to login once and that's it across the Atera estate.

Printers Detail Tab Under Devices
Add a "Printers" tab to the device view in Atera. This tab would show a list of all printers configured on the workstation, with relevant details such as printer names, IP addresses, installation type (for example, group policy deployment or manual setup), and status. Having this information easily available would streamline troubleshooting and provide a more complete picture of each device's configuration.

Free Dashboard Account
Add the ability to login to a dashboard account for media walls in offices etc so the whole room can view the core dashboard data continuously.
It's V expensive to pay for an account in full for this option when all we need is the dashboard showing on a big screen for visibility.

file transfer threshold status on the admin dashboard
Add a file transfer threshold status indicator on the dashboard so admins can see if they are getting close to their allowed file transfer monthly limit.

Software dashboard where you can see a list of all software on devices that need updating and have the option to update all at once, like you can with the patching dashboard. It would also be great to have an end of life / support section where we can view this info.

Device column listings
Please allow us to remove AI from the column listing. I don't have the feature, don't want the feature and sick of seeing it on every expletive deleted application I use. I need to do work, not hide AI functionality all damn day.

Display EDR software under security
Would be helpful to see if an EDR software such as Huntress, Sentinel One, etc. is installed in the security area of a managed computer. Currently this section only pulls what's available from the Windows Security Center, and that doesn't seem to know what EDR software is for the most part.

Hi, would it be possible to implement the ability to create and save multiple types of dashboards?
Among the interesting things, it would be wonderful to have the customer pointer on the map with green, orange, red coloring based on the criticality of the problems detected for each customer.

It's quite frustrating for a technician not to be able to open Atera on more than one workstation simultaneously
It's quite frustrating for a technician not to be able to open Atera on more than one workstation simultaneously. It would be nice to be able to open Atera on at least two workstations in one session, without having to disconnect from the first one each time. Let me explain: I have to go from my office workstation to my workstation in the workshop several times a day, and each time I have to close the first workstation for Atera to work properly, then reopen it when I come back.

Shutdown and Power On Info
Some updates are affecting device performance. It would be better if we have an idea when did the user last shutdown and power on the device for us supports to advise them that the device needs a restart to avoid poor device performance
