View Button in Knowledge Base
When attaching images in the Knowledge Base, The only option is to download or delete the attachments. It would be nice to view the images and see what has been attached instead of downloading it locally to the computer.

Ticketing Dashboard for display
Ability to put Atera's dashboard/ticket board on a screen without having to purchase a license for it. Would need to autorefresh too

Mobile needs a Dashboard page
Please include a dashboard tab in the mobile app. I have no way to monitor everything from a tablet on my desk. I would like to be able to see everything and not choose ALerts or Tickets. TY!

Allow disabling 'details view' window
Atera Case #443782 Allow disabling 'details view' window
The 'details view' window which appears on hover over on multiple screens (i.e. devices, tickets etc.) is hindering us from being efficient with our work. Please allow this to be disabled as a customization per customer/technician.

Updates during installation
Se serait bien de voir dans la listes des appareils et sur l'agent les mises à jours en cours d'installation sans passer par les rapports, plutôt que voir toujours le nombre de correctifs disponibles.

Device Service gui in Dashboard
Would be nice to have a services gui in the device dashboard that could send the restart, stop, start and kill command without having to drill into the pc to bounce a service or use a terminal to get service name and restart it.

Automatic Cleanup of Alerts
Automatic Cleanup of alerts:
It could be usefull for an MSP to have a possibility to schedule automatic cleanups of alerts based on specific filters.
An example:
delete all alerts with severity XY of customer XYZ that are older than x months.This will help to have a smaller list of alerts.

Recent alerts
We need more than 6 RECENT ALERTS in dashboard. Atera shows only last 6 recent alerts in dashboard, but in fullscreen view is really ridiculous.

Ability to Disable 2FA Prompt by WAN Address
It would be nice to be able disable the 2FA prompt when logging into Atera from our Office locations. We have other vendor portals where we can add our WAN address to bypass the 2FA.

Due date report and dashboard
In the ticket there is a "due date" field. There seems to be no logic set up behind it. We would like to utilize the Due Date to assign a task/project task (not related to an SLA) so we can track items and set goals for the assignee. Not having a way to notify the assignee a due date is approaching or past due makes it difficult for users to manage their tickets. If the Due date would also display in the dashboard, send a email notification to assignee or be included in a report. This will also help Managers…

Widget: Ticket Activity - Make it dynamic!
I would love the functionality to click on a bar from the bar chart in the widget called Ticket Activity, and then be able to see the full activity for that day. So if I click on the bar representing resolved tickets, then I will be sent to an overview of all the tickets resolved that day.

event log export to csv
Would be great if we were able to export the event log to csv and/or similar format to make it easy to search and filter log results while working to resolve issues.

Atera notices
Stop adding Atera notices in the upper part of my browser window that I CAN'T close. Like the blue bar "Switch to new look" ect. Very annoying.

SNMP Alert category in Dashboard
in Dashboard it would be good to have an evidence of alerts for snmp device. Something like a specific category of alerts server of a count on the availability monitor. As MSP it usefull to have immediate evidence of number of snmp device have an alert.
