Improved Drive Data
Configure the atera dashboard to recognize OneDrive and GDrive Mapped Drives and display additional relevant cloud drive details. This should show not only show details about the normal Onedrive, onedrive for business, but in addition recognize the difference between mapped drives, such as the g drive from google drive. Atera View Only User
I suggest that Atera allow the creation of a user with view only permission instead of a technical account so that customers can view their device profiles and information. At present, Atera only allows customers to purchase technical accounts which is not in the interest of customers to check the status of the computer only.

Refresh rate Increase or Customization
There needs to be an increase in the rate at which a given tab data refreshes, if you allow for customization of status ect then the changes of these become more important for specific techs workflows, the ability to set a refresh rate or just speed it up would improve tech performance greatly.

Hide Microsoft Defender Signature notifications on the "devices" tab
Add the ability to disable showing Microsoft defender Signature Updates.
Since I use ateras patching on my customers machines, patches get installed through atera profiles. Defender Antivirus signature are not affected by the patch automation profiles and get installed as fast as possible by default.
So I think it is a good idea to make it possible to hide the notifications on the "devices" tab in Atera.

Additional Monitoring Metrics
Monitoring metrics like latency, data jitter, and round-trip time (RTT) are very common in other monitoring solutions. It would be great if Atera added these metrics to TCP, HTTP, and Generic devices for much needed insight.
Additional metrics that would be extremely useful for monitoring WANs are bandwidth capacity and bandwidth consumption.

More important information and functions on the dashboard
In my opinion, there should be more important information and functions on the dashboard. For example, you could introduce a kind of device list with certain filtering view windows that you can create as you like. Example "Devices -Categorized View-etc". 2.) A window for self-configured reports such as 1.) Customer online or offline PC or server patch status in %/last processes/scripts etc.
I don't use the dashboard because the current Information is not relevant.

Filter Client Devices wide ranging for various like "online", "offline", status etc
The ability to filter devices by major item like, online, offline, if it's missing a set filter like antivirus not installed, pending an action (reboot, install, update) perhaps other items like cpu type or installed memory - and ideally a way to export results in that same window to CSV file.

Automatic logout after time of inactivity
Automatic logout of a technician from the Atera console after a certain period of inactivity. For example, if a technician logs into the console on a computer at the customer's site and forgets to log out, the worst case scenario could be that the customer has access to all customers and their devices. Or even worse, can also access these devices. Certainly very questionable from a data protection point of view. At the moment, there is probably a timeout only after 72 hours. Or when he logs into the company again. But I find this very dangerous.

Give Macintosh models better descriptions
Currently in the Atera web dashboard, if you view a Mac device, under Hardware->Device it only lists a basic description of Mac ("iMac" or "MacBook Pro"). This same description is given on the Mobile app, under Hardware->Motherboard. It would be more informative if Atera at least displayed the Model identifier in these locations, as the result from "/usr/sbin/sysctl -n hw.model" gives "MacBookPro18,3". Ideally, Atera would use the result from the Apple Marketing Name instead ("MacBook Pro, (14-inch, 2021)"), but there isn't a consistent programatic method I've seen to grab the name. If we wanted that, best bet would be for…

Show when another engineer is in a ticket
It would be useful to see when another engineer is looking at the same ticket as you, and potentially even show when they are typing. This prevents replying to the customer twice and potentially confusing them if someone has already done the work/replied.
I have seen this feature in other helpdesks such as FreshDesk, for those who have remote workers this would be very useful

Monitor History Graph for Non-Agent Devices
When I view a device that has an agent installed, the CPU and memory graph has a nice control that lets me see the exact time if CPU or memory usage as I mouse-over the graph. I can also choose the time scale - 24hrs, 1 week, 1 month.
When I view a device that does not have an agent (like HTTP, TCP, or Generic), I have a similar graph, but it does not let me choose the time scale nor does it let me see the exact time for an event on the graph as I mouse-over it.

Monitor History Over Time
Right now I can only see about a week of monitoring history for TCP, HTTP, SNMP, and Generic devices. I'd really like to see more data than that - at least enough to see trends over the course of a year or two. I'd also like to be able to report on this info.

Patch Dashboard View
Need to be able to see a "Patch Dashboard" where you can see the patches & clients in one view and can apply patches. Going into the "Band-Aid" on each machine really isn't a practical approach.
57 votesCongratulations on helping shape Atera! The feature you requested is currently being considered for development. Please be patient as the process can take a while or even stall to make way for other features. We’ll update you once it’s been implemented and released!
