    Hello,

    I wanted to give you visibility into our product roadmap for Q3 as it relates to Atera Device Dashboard. You asked for improvements and this is what's planned:


    • We’re updating the device console to present additional insights including the BIOS version, battery life, and the BitLocker key


    • We’re enhancing visibility into the patch status, so you’ll know the exact status of each patch, and the reason for failure wherever relevant.


    Kee an eye out for our What's new emails to stay informed.

  3. I'd like to be able to display the dashboard on a large TV in the office - with alerts, ticket count and technicians' performance - ideally via a custom URL - something that does not require an engineer license and not have access to helpdesk, scripts or device management.

  4. It would be a great feature to allow us to move back to a previous page. Let say you're in the customer view/page and you have selected the wrong customer. Currently you'll need to select on the main option Customer on the side bar to view your list of customers to start over. Whereas if you have a button to move back, it convenient to go to the previous page.

  7. A configurable page that can contain customized views, to allow information such as unassigned tickets to be seen on a central screen in the office as well as other information such as alerts.

  8. When i view the customer list, the buttons are too large, it would be nice to be able to list my customers all on one page, instead of having to scroll to find the one i want.

  10. Avery time we install PC agent we get notification about it, but after few hours or next day we don't have ability to see all notifications. We need notification history to go back at least 1 week.

  12. We would like to add a graph to the Dashboard showing how many Active Tickets each Technician has. This would allow us to identify busy technicians and re-allocate load to quieter technicians.

  13. Today we don't only monitor servers and devices, we mainly monitor "SERVICES". Each application or service at our clients depends upon of dozens of components. It would be nice to have a place in the Dashboard where we can create those services with all its components and have the entire thing showing up as healthy/unhealthy or with alerts for performance, etc. As an example, one of my customers have a very important service for end users which depends on a custom website running on IIS and a SQL engine and some DBs running on a SQL server.   14. If you import a large SNMP template and want to delete unnecessary OID's, you have to delete one by one, confirming the 'yes' prompt every OID.

    Add checkboxes so that you can select multiple OID's and perform actions (eg; delete) in bulk.

  15. Need to be able to see a "Patch Dashboard" where you can see the patches & clients in one view and can apply patches. Going into the "Band-Aid" on each machine really isn't a practical approach.

  20. Would like to see the option to be able to filter devices for (in my case) being "online" so we can remove all offline units from view. As well the list is so limiting with only 10 per page, it does not even go the length of the side information bar and likely (if it MUST remain static) could be set to 20 per page, ideally selectable 10.25.50.100 or ALL
