  1. In the IP Whitelisting area, need to have a comment field next to each whitelisted IP. With security being critical, I would like to know in a single view the reason each of the whitelisted IPs was whitelisted in the first place.

    Is it a regular internet interface from the organization?
    Is it the IP of one of my IT technician's home IP address that is working from home and needs access?
    Is it the IP of a remote vendor that might need temporary access?
    etc. etc. etc.

    Being able to annotate WHY I created the IP Whitelist is critical.

  2. Would like to see the option to be able to filter devices for (in my case) being "online" so we can remove all offline units from view. As well the list is so limiting with only 10 per page, it does not even go the length of the side information bar and likely (if it MUST remain static) could be set to 20 per page, ideally selectable 10.25.50.100 or ALL

  4. Hi, would it be possible to implement the ability to create and save multiple types of dashboards?

    Among the interesting things, it would be wonderful to have the customer pointer on the map with green, orange, red coloring based on the criticality of the problems detected for each customer.

  6. Atera wants to be able to be a "Single Pane of Glass" but in reality we're going to have other sites that provide us data we need on a daily basis. Thing of my Ubiquiti Unifi dashboard, etc. If we could input a page URL for a pane on our Dashboard that shows a live view of our logged-in dashboard from another site. This would be a quick way to get to any other site's data or stats in a quick glance instead of keeping a tab opon on your browser all the time - PLUS then Atera could market…

  7. Please include a dashboard tab in the mobile app. I have no way to monitor everything from a tablet on my desk. I would like to be able to see everything and not choose ALerts or Tickets. TY!

  9. Automatic logout of a technician from the Atera console after a certain period of inactivity. For example, if a technician logs into the console on a computer at the customer's site and forgets to log out, the worst case scenario could be that the customer has access to all customers and their devices. Or even worse, can also access these devices. Certainly very questionable from a data protection point of view. At the moment, there is probably a timeout only after 72 hours. Or when he logs into the company again. But I find this very dangerous.

  10. Currently in the Atera web dashboard, if you view a Mac device, under Hardware->Device it only lists a basic description of Mac ("iMac" or "MacBook Pro"). This same description is given on the Mobile app, under Hardware->Motherboard. It would be more informative if Atera at least displayed the Model identifier in these locations, as the result from "/usr/sbin/sysctl -n hw.model" gives "MacBookPro18,3". Ideally, Atera would use the result from the Apple Marketing Name instead ("MacBook Pro, (14-inch, 2021)"), but there isn't a consistent programatic method I've seen to grab the name.   11. When I view a device that has an agent installed, the CPU and memory graph has a nice control that lets me see the exact time if CPU or memory usage as I mouse-over the graph. I can also choose the time scale - 24hrs, 1 week, 1 month.

    When I view a device that does not have an agent (like HTTP, TCP, or Generic), I have a similar graph, but it does not let me choose the time scale nor does it let me see the exact time for an event on the graph as I mouse-over it.

  13. Create an Atera application to improve quality of life. You are currently able to install a web page as an app through most, if not all, browsers. This mimics an app but is just a fancy looking tab for Atera. An application could include some features such as: dark mode, customizable dashboard, app integrations that could possibly be added to the dashboard.

  15. Expand the current calendar integration to be done at the technician level and develop a dispatch view for assigning and scheduling tickets.

    Ideally, this would allow a service works controller to drag tickets onto a technicians calendar and have this time assigned to working on that ticket. This would sync to the field technicians phone through M365 so they are aware of their schedule.

  18. Configure the atera dashboard to recognize OneDrive and GDrive Mapped Drives and display additional relevant cloud drive details. This should show not only show details about the normal Onedrive,onedrive for business, but in addition recognize the difference between mapped drives, such as the g drive from google drive.   19. I suggest that Atera allow the creation of a user with view only permission instead of a technical account so that customers can view their device profiles and information. At present, Atera only allows customers to purchase technical accounts which is not in the interest of customers to check the status of the computer only.

  20. There needs to be an increase in the rate at which a given tab data refreshes, if you allow for customization of status ect then the changes of these become more important for specific techs workflows, the ability to set a refresh rate or just speed it up would improve tech performance greatly.
