Allow to add widget with Top 10 devices with high cpu/memory usage would be great addition since it will help us being proactive

Enhance the dashboard by providing detailed productivity metrics for each device. Upon clicking a device, display a metrics table showcasing memory average usage, CPU averages, a list of applications used, their respective durations, and highlight the top application based on usage time.
This feature would offer valuable insights into device performance and application usage, enabling better productivity monitoring and optimization. -

Ticket status Tile currently equates for open and pending tickets and not any custom status's.

We have several custom status's and want to be able to view those on the dashboard ticket status. -

Is there an update on this?

The new dashboard is an improvement, but it's only visual. This update doesn't solve the problem of full customisation, but there are still 1,376 votes ...

The new dashboard look is crap. Its too small for wall monitors and has completely broken our workflows. We plan on issuing reading glasses to our employees so they can see the ticket counts as they walk by. Increase the font sizes and graphics sizes so people with normal 20/20 vision can see the dashboard at distances greater than 2 1/2 inches.

A Dashboard Widget with a list of RECENTLY ACCESSED customers and devices.
This would save a lot unnecessary clicking to move between current tasks.

The ability to have a ticket dashboard that lists tickets out per day in a calendar view would be nice to have. As it is now it is a bit crowded and cumbersome to organize. I would like to see all tickets assigned to my techs in a column view rather than having them displayed as a list of tickets separated by nothing.

Things like putting the Letter Filter back! It's still there, but hidden.

Add an option to use device Aliases. On the Device Overview page, show the Device Alias name, if available, instead of the machine name.

I don't use the ticketing function of Atera (have used a third-party since 2008), and would LOVE to be able to deselect that from the dashboard.

I'd like to see a "To do" sections like a note pad to make notes on things needing completed.

I would like to put links to other sites on the main dashboard and/or the customer page.
For example - I regularly go to my unifi, or synology pages, while for clients I would like to make links to their 3cx pages or similar. This would enable me to login to Altera and then use it to get to all sites of importance. It doesnt need to remember login details just to be able to put my own links -

This is huge. I have a display TV that is meant to display tickets but also device status. Right now the "dashboard" is really only good for using on your primary help desk computer, and not really helpful as a dashboard for a company wide display. It would be helpful to have more RMM features on the dashboard, as well as creating it full screen without the menu bar on the left side (even collapsed it is not really needed).

I absolutely want to be able to change the columns on the Customers page. I DO NOT need to see "Unmonitored Devices" that is a hot link to the crap network discovery that you so desperately want to sell to me at an insane price point. I would like to see any other info that would be helpful in it's place instead of an ad. While I am on my soap box I'd love to see Network Discovery and Work From Home get put into the Add-ons drop down instead of blaring out that I have 85+ devices that I could map.
Almost 900 votes on this idea and Atera is pretty silent about it. Wild.

We would like to change from Datto RMM to Athera, but one critical option is a customizable pivot-table style device list within the customer view. In Datto RMM I have a one line per device view, and I can add, remove and sort all items from the detailed view. So I can sort my devices by BIOS date, OS version, external / internal IP address, device name, agent installation date and so on. And common filters can be applied with checkboxes. It is really critical for the administration of customers with 100+ devices that I can visualize all devices on one page and scroll through it with the touchpad.

There are many basic things missing from the dashboard.
- It is a must to show total number of devices in the environment, not just the monitored.
- Devices that need a reboot
- Devices that are missing security tools
- Systems missing patches

Almost picked SyncroMSP simply because of the Assets customizations... This is something Atera is missing!!!
