I would like to put links to other sites on the main dashboard and/or the customer page.
For example - I regularly go to my unifi, or synology pages, while for clients I would like to make links to their 3cx pages or similar. This would enable me to login to Altera and then use it to get to all sites of importance. It doesnt need to remember login details just to be able to put my own links -

Even the most basic feature set would be useful - the ability to list the device and see if it is online and manually document info about it

the file transfer that already exists doesnt have enough features - it is close to useless.
The file manager that exists AFTER you remotely connect has just enough features - but you have to take over the computer.
Very often you want to transfer files onto a system, rename folders, etc without bothering the user.
Logmein had a really good file transfer that I miss.
