File explorer in Devices
it would be nice to have a File Explorer feature in Manage Devices so we can open the File Explorer of a Device and check for files, folders, sizes etc without the need of connecting remotely. We should have the ability to take actions like deletion, rename etc such as the common windows file explorer.

File transfer is cool, but other RMMs offer more advanced file-explorer capabilities. The ability to move files around behind the scenes. Instead of just deleting/downloading/uploading. Example: If a user creates a new Windows profile and they are missing items, instead of using AI scripts, the ability to view all drives and files, and copy from one location to another, right on the back end. Similar to the Windows Secret $ share. This would be awesome!

the file transfer that already exists doesnt have enough features - it is close to useless.
The file manager that exists AFTER you remotely connect has just enough features - but you have to take over the computer.
Very often you want to transfer files onto a system, rename folders, etc without bothering the user.
Logmein had a really good file transfer that I miss. -
