Ability to mark devices as "Inactive"
I need to be able to manually mark Devices at "Inactive". Want to keep them for inventory, but don't want them to show up in sites or take scripts/patches. Also, this is different from retired devices, because I want it to be a manual process and just because a device hasn't been used in "X" amount of days doesn't mean it's inactive.

Asset Management, with ability to print asset labels, scan QR codes, and checkin and checkout equipment from one application
I'm currently evaluating Atera as a potential replacement for our existing help desk, which is lacking a really good asset management system. What I'm specifically needing is a better way to all of our assets as they come in the door and leave our environment for use. Ideally, the application would allow us to print labels in a variety of sizes for different devices and equipment, scan QR codes to checkin and checkout equipment (reserve equipment on the spot), complete maintenance surveys and allow users to take photos of equipment through the mobile app, and if I'm being a little…

"Update all" button on Devices page
I believe there should be a button within the navbar of the Devices tab that once selecting specific machines, allows you to update all patches on those machines, rather than doing a report, manually clicking all unnecessary machines or doing it patch by patch on the Patch Management page.

customer device view back
When viewing a device for a customer, there is no way to get back to customer devices. Going back goes to ALL devices. That's not funny for administer more devices of same customer.

Need Ability to Add Private IP & Notes in Devices View
The devices view is too limited on what columns you can include. We need at minimum the Private IP & Notes and maybe even a column for warranty expiration. We can get this from reports but we work from the Devices view most often and it's very limiting and causes extra clicks when not necessary because we can only add select columns to a view.

User Logout via User activity menu
Please add the ability to logout a user from the "User Activity" menu on any device. This would be perfect for the cases where multiple users are logged into a machine, one may be in the "Disconnected" state and consuming a lot of RAM, this feature would allow us to logout those disconnected users without affecting the logged-in/active user(s).

Merge Same Devices but different Types
I would love to be able to merge devices of different types. For instance, a server chassis has the OS layer (agent) but also remote management (snmp). Tracking the fan health of the chassis requires I go into the SNMP device and all alerts are unrelated to the agent itself. It would be nice to merge the two devices so that I can track them as one. Printers are another good example, where I want to track the OID values (snmp) but also be alerted if the web interface (http) is ever not available.

Offer a feature that allows administrators to disable Internet access on a device but can maintain a heartbeat communication to Atera
Offer a feature that allows administrators the ability to disable Internet access for both Wi-Fi and any NIC on a device that will be used out in the field but does not require Internet access, yet still maintains a heartbeat communication to Atera and security tools that require server connections. We would love to be able to pop open a chat window with a user w/o third-party apps.

Driver version - Hardware
It would be useful if, when selecting a device, a submenu was available within the Hardware section, in which to collect the different peripherals and display the list of drivers with their relative versions.

Improvements for SNMP management
Hello, I would like to suggest some changes to the SNMP management page. I am attaching some modified screenshots to give an idea.
- add the possibility to modify the OID monitors (currently you have to delete and start from scratch)
- make it possible to perform multiple deletions instead of one row at a time
- make the modification comprehensive, not just the description, but also the ability to change the OID, condition, and severity (in the case of a monitor), in other words, avoid having to re-enter everything from scratch each time

Approval by Admin for new devices being added to Atera Tenant
An approval process within the Atera tenants should be put into place for a newly added device after an Atera agent has been installed onto a machine for addtional security. This to avoid "rouge devices being added to tenant.

Device Attachment Preview
I am unsure why you can preview in Customers but not in Devices. I am able to preview pictures in Customers but the same attachments in Devices cannot be previewed. They have to be downloaded first. There should be the ability to preview the most common types of files for any attachments across all of Atera or at least Devices. Thank you.

Manually retire device
Give a tech the ability to manually retire a device instead of waiting on a pre-configured time to pass. Right now the only way to flag a device as retired is to ignore it until the allotted amount of time has passed for the system to change the status.
