An error occurred while saving the comment Chris Dickinson commentedPLease consider an admin type licence. I have two admin staff who only take calls and want to set up the ticket ready for the technicians. I need managers to go in and review reports and monitor stats. They do not need a sinlge feature of the RMM just the reporting or basic helpdesk. I want to be able to sell this to clients and allow them access to the helpdesk side of things so they can have one product for all their needs not two.

Please please consider this, it means that we cannot proceed with a client of ours. Admin should come as part of the deal. Helpdesk only access should come at a much less subscription, just think how much more revenue you will create should you open up new features.
