Remote Support from Linux
Perform remote desktop support if the Technician's operating system is Linux
Nice! The feature you requested is being considered for development. We’ll keep an eye on the number of votes, and let you know if a decision is reached to implement. Thank you for being a partner in our process!

As for majority of my IT task I'm way more productive on Linux platform it's a shame I have to switch to another machine / VM when it comes to resolving issues via remote connection on the endpoint PCs.
Especially considering Anydesk has official Linux build (which works well and I've used it in the past). If I recall correctly Splashtop has one too (but I'm not sure whether it's past "testing" status).
If neither of those is an option you'd consider maybe a Rustdesk support would be an option (I guess that adding extra option to the solution you already use would be easier, rather than implementing new one - but who knows ;) ). -

This is crucial for me as I am one of those Linux nuts who uses and works with it day in and day out.

I need the Linux build of Anydesk (Atera's custom version). Please.

At least make sure your Atera's custom versions have Linux builds as Anydesk actually have one but I cannot use it, was the only reason I upgraded to the growth tier.
No reason you cannot implement as they already have Linux builds supported. -

I would love an Atera RMM Client for Linux! I currently am running an encrypted Windows 10 Pro VM inside of my Linux box to use Atera. I would love to run it on a Debian based Linux VM instead for lighter resource usage and increased security. Perhaps even on bare metal. I can't wait for when I see an atera_rmm_client.deb download option....ahh...sounds amazing!

My main desktop is running Ubuntu. It would be great to be able to use Splashtop directly from my computer instead of having to push TeamViewer or use another third-party solution.
