  4. Bill time entries rather than tickets: Be better if we could say: billed tickets that have not been closed and then we could bill to date. Whether the time entries has been billed or not. Being able to flag which ones have been built. Has it been invoiced yes or no. You will bill the time entries and not the ticket. You want to link the billing to the time entries and not the ticket.

  5. Recurring item billing

    Our current helpdesk allows us to log/schedule recurring items (Microsoft 365 licenses, domain name renewals, backup plans, etc) either monthly or annually and bill monthly via quickbooks online sync.

  6. With separate PSA and RMM solutions, there is cheaper licensing for administrative staff to access and assist with PSA tasks like billing and ticket creation.
    Can we get administrative accounts with limited access for a cheaper cost than the current Atera licensing?

  7. It is critical we have an area on the invoice/bill for us to be able to add comments or notes for the customer to be able to see.

    Also adding the same notes feature to products, so that when a product is invoiced for, ect new equipment, that the customer can see a detailed description of the product they are being invoiced for.

  9. On the time entry screen, it would be helpful to have the option to deduct time from a time entry. When technicians are working on a single ticket all day (like an onboarding or on-site issue), they need to be able to deduct their 30 minute lunch or time that they worked on another ticket while still accurately marking the time that they started and stopped that day. So if a technician is on-site from 8:30AM-5PM and took a 30 minute lunch and had a 20 minute phone call for another ticket, they could mark their time entry as 8:30AM-5PM,…

  10. When exporting invoices, the billing period should also be exported. You can see this on the screen/imdashboard. It is essential for further processing.

  12. I would like to request more payment type for Atera Subscription which will be allowed to pay by transfer etc. due to there is no credit card for our company

  13. I would like Atera billing to be charged in pounds rather than dollars. I get charged a fee from the bank every month which adds up to a fair amount over a year period.

  15. When you create a customer you fill in fields for Address, City, State, and Zip.

    When you create an invoice it only pulls in the Address field, leaving out the City, State, and Zip.

    This makes for an incomplete address on the invoice and looks unprofessional. The invoice template needs to be updated to include the full customer address.

  17. Would be helpful to have Square integration for payments on our terminal system, there are third-party apps that can integrate the 2, so it should be a service built in by Atera!

  18. PSA: automate all of our 365 billable customers, our back up. Nice for Atera to bill that automatically every month. Keeps up with the # of subscription as we change that

  20. Invoice tickets according to the hour’s work during the month and not just based on the status resolved or closed. Some tickets may take a couple of months to be resolved, but we need to bill our clients per month on the hours already worked.
