  4. Recurring item billing

    Our current helpdesk allows us to log/schedule recurring items (Microsoft 365 licenses, domain name renewals, backup plans, etc) either monthly or annually and bill monthly via quickbooks online sync.

  5. It is critical we have an area on the invoice/bill for us to be able to add comments or notes for the customer to be able to see.

    Also adding the same notes feature to products, so that when a product is invoiced for, ect new equipment, that the customer can see a detailed description of the product they are being invoiced for.

    Congratulations on helping shape Atera! The feature you requested is currently being considered for development. Please be patient as the process can take a while or even stall to make way for other features. We’ll update you once it’s been implemented and released!

  8. We would like to set the next invoice number before creating the invoices, this would let Atera work with other systems aswell so when we import invoices into other system we do not have to change the invoice number because it is already set to the right one.

  9. Bill time entries rather than tickets: Be better if we could say: billed tickets that have not been closed and then we could bill to date. Whether the time entries has been billed or not. Being able to flag which ones have been built. Has it been invoiced yes or no. You will bill the time entries and not the ticket. You want to link the billing to the time entries and not the ticket.

  10. With separate PSA and RMM solutions, there is cheaper licensing for administrative staff to access and assist with PSA tasks like billing and ticket creation.
    Can we get administrative accounts with limited access for a cheaper cost than the current Atera licensing?

  13. We need the details of the tickets on the invoice, not just a number and price. Unfortunately, the information is only available via a report. It is best to specify each customer ticket as a single item on the invoice.

  14. Integrations with Pax8 and Sherweb to pull dynamic company subscriptions for billing.

    I have to manually check both Pax8 and Sherweb for numbers and enter into QBO for invoicing.

    FYI, Syncro is providing this for Pax8, according to the sales guy that keeps calling me to switch.

  16. Need a rolling time sheet that I can drop lines in with a date, description and time block. Much like Excel. Monthly I can push that content to an invoice and bill for it. Click boxes would work because some work started in one month may not be billed for until next month. This would make Atera my #1 stop for everything I need. I've done this over 25 years.

  17. We are using Atera for an internal IT team not an MSP, but when we buy things from vendors it would be very helpful to be able to Create/Track/Relate POs for these items. Ideally some things to include would be:

    Order Information:
    PO Number - Auto Number with option to set starting number
    Status (Open, Canceled, Partially Received, Received)

    Date Required
    Date Received/Closed
    Payment Terms - Selectable from List or Add New To List

  18. Zoho Books is used worldwide by thousands of companies. I use Zoho Desk for ticket management, but I will be happy to use Atera's full capabilities if there is integration with Zoho Books.

  19. We'd like to know if you would like the option to charge your customers through Atera.
    If so, would it be for recurring or one-time payments?
