Billing of recurring monthly/annual items (not contracts)
Recurring item billing
Our current helpdesk allows us to log/schedule recurring items (Microsoft 365 licenses, domain name renewals, backup plans, etc) either monthly or annually and bill monthly via quickbooks online sync.

This is very important to be able to add multiple items to the billing for the customer to know. I have to bill them monthly for the items or create various contracts or flat rates to bill them.

Also, to add on the invoice for example "MSP Monthly (month)" normally the next month. "MSP Monthly ( 06/01/2023 - 06/30/2023)" month as a variable.

It would be great to add the facility to send a renewal reminder email to the customer as well.

This would be a great addition to Atera. We need to be able to crate an item connected to the Customer/Contact where we can specify a montly/yearly price based on a product in the product list. This should also be possible to attach to on the ticket.
