  2. Ability to disable contract expiration notifications for deactivated contracts. This becomes confusing when a new contract has already been activated to replace the old agreement.

  3. €119,- euro a technician is to expensive for the limitions Atera has.
    For this price there are other alternatives.

    €99,- a month is fine, Subscription for 1 year also fine. but it has to have to option to be payed monthly.

  4. When exporting invoices, the billing period should also be exported. You can see this on the screen/imdashboard. It is essential for further processing.

  8. Ability to set a limit on the number of hours which can be rolled over for Block Hours contracts. For example, if a customer pays for 10 hours per month, we set a limit of 5 hours to roll over, so the maximum hours they would have available in any given month is 15 hours.

  9. Create the ability to purchase a 'day pass' or 'tech pass' to allow a temporary employee (e.g. a contractor) to access selected parts of an Atera tenancy (e.g. tickets, devices) to perform short term work instead of adding a technician for an entire month.

  11. I would like to have the ability to attach "Reports" > "Recent Process" to the client's invoice, so the customer can see the software and drivers that have been installed. These updates take some time and as an MSP I would like to show my customers all the background work that is being completed.

  12. Contracts: I have customers where we will have a minimum retainer. And we have levels, and you can deduct from those levels and then if you go up, you’ll be charged extra. It's used for whatever you want. X for IT, X for training, X for software = these are all the rates that a person can select and then under there is a fix amount of X amount and that they can use.

  13. Most of the ideas posted related to Block Hours are GREAT ideas. Our company sells a LOT of block hours. As it stands Atera does not do a good job with this type of contract. When hours run out, you need to give us ability to PREVENT techs from using that contract which otherwise runs up the bill that will be a surprise for everyone. Also, some clients buy huge blocks of hours on-demand. When they run out or need budget money to spend, they buy more. You need a simple report/invoice that shows Beginning Balance, additions, subtractions, Ending Balance.…

  14. Standard contracts are often used at MSPs, with standard rates. But the ability to differantiate the prising for varies sizes of customers via discount is important. It would ease the administration of a huge amount of custom rates. The customer think it is important to be able to see the discount on the invoice.

    The discount could be a persentage as with "Products & Expenses"

  15. When you create a customer you fill in fields for Address, City, State, and Zip.

    When you create an invoice it only pulls in the Address field, leaving out the City, State, and Zip.

    This makes for an incomplete address on the invoice and looks unprofessional. The invoice template needs to be updated to include the full customer address.

  16. Invoice tickets according to the hour’s work during the month and not just based on the status resolved or closed. Some tickets may take a couple of months to be resolved, but we need to bill our clients per month on the hours already worked.

  17. Export invoice batch to PDF. Now we have to open each invoice and select 'create PDF'. We want to select multiple invoices at one and export to PDF. Or trough Export invoices screen.

  18. We have two taxes, and they must be displayed separately. I want to be able to customise my Invoices and other documents, I want them in French or in English depending on the preference of the customer.

  19. Enable "Additional Rates" on Block Money contract for those of us that bill our customers multiple discounted rates for pre purchased Blocks of Money. It should be similar to the Additional Rates for Hourly contract type, that allows multiple selections.
