Hello Team,
Its very important t to have multiple expiration notification (Seperate for each customers for that customer binded contracts) option when we mange customer contracts with different products like Microsoft, Adobe and other softwares.
Example : For customer A we have a contract with a software support , then expiration notification prior to 1 month of next renewal should go to our admin email ID and customer accounts. Same way for customer B , our admin email and Customer B accounts like. Its very critical when you have contracts management.
Please have a look and update with priority.

Custom Ticket
I'd like to have more customisation of ticket fields. At the moment you can only add values to the "status" field. I think it would be a good idea to be able to change the values of each field or at least add new ones (and change their order).

Choose Rate from Hourly Contracts when adding time entries
Be able to choose the hourly rate for work done on a ticket. Some tickets might require a different technician that has a different hourly rate, or if a Standard technician does Enterprise work the technician should charge as enterprise technician rather then a standard rate.

Add description and to contracts with batch invoices
Having the ability to pull notes & descriptions from contracts on customers accounts automatically when generating a batch invoice for all of our clients, currently, the invoice only shows the charge with no description of what they are being charged for, we have bespoke plans that have different terms and products included in the customers plans, and e need t be able to show this as we provide a license breakdown for products when clients want to know what license they are providing to users.

Ability for techs that don't have admin privilege to add products and pricing

hide the billing tab for employers
I would like to have the billing tab hidden for employers.
When disabling the 'Full Admin Access' and Disabeling the 'Billing information'We have the following problems :
- Option to Edit the Knowledge base is greyed out. (why?)
- Option to add an new product in an 'Product and Expense' is not possible. (Action -> Product and Expenses -> Add -> + icon beside product)
- not possible to delete tickets (not realy an problem)
The only thing i want, is that my employers cannot acces the billing infromation tab in the menu. The rest is okay.

Automate Billing
PSA: automate all of our 365 billable customers, our back up. Nice for Atera to bill that automatically every month. Keeps up with the # of subscription as we change that

Billing in GBP currency rather than USD
I would like Atera billing to be charged in pounds rather than dollars. I get charged a fee from the bank every month which adds up to a fair amount over a year period.

New address line
Unfortunately, the invoice module cannot be used for me:
Almost the complete address is output in one line, which is then cut off because it is far too long.
The information "Federal State" and "State" is not required, the important information "Zip Code" is missing.In order to be able to use the invoice module, I need:
Address1: street - street number
Address2: zip code - cityI wonder why no one has complained about this, isn't that obvious?

Better Billing for Non-MSP Atera Customers
We currently use Atera for in-house support only, not as an MSP, and also have the Bitdefender AV component. We receive two separate bills each month, one for Atera technicians and one for Bitdefender licenses.
We would like to see two improvements:
- Billing with Atera that does not require a credit card (prefer Invoicing)
- Unified billing when using Atera and any other add-ins, such as Bitdefender AV.

Automatic Time Entry recording (for billing of automation)
Automated tasks (Automation Profiles, and remedial scripts) should create tickets and assign time against them, so we can illustrate value for fixed cost clients, or so we can bill by-the-hour clients for work done on their system.
If we could define the amount of time it would take to manually perform the action, the automation will record that time every time it runs.

in product and expense add a cost field
It would be nice with a cost field in products so we can both register how much the product has cost us and how much we earn on it.
The cost field should also be present in the CSV export so that when we import it into our invoicing system we can also see the earnings for hardware.
Today there is no correlation between cost and profit of hardware/product in atera and so we can't keep track of this in our bookkeeping.
This also affects clients who use quickbook or other supported accounting systems
