Invoice Appearance during PDF Generation
Ensure that the invoice PDF's appearance will be matched when creating a PDF using the "Create a PDF" option versus using the "Print" option and saving it as a PDF.

bug found in atera billig of products with the same price
BIG WARNING
We found a bug today in Atera billing.
If you have two hardware products on the same or different tickit on one customer with the same price. Then one of the products will be skipped and the other one will be incremented by two.So we had both a Iphone and a Andriod phone with the same prices but on two different tickits.
The invoice said two Iphones..
This needs to be fixed ASAP.. its impossible to controle internally

Products Linked to Tickets On invoice
Products on invoices need to be linked to the ticket somehow. At the moment all the products for a cycle just get added to an invoice. However that means that I need to look through all the tickets in the cycle to find the product that I've added if I need to modify it.

Products within Tickets - Able to input Minus Quantities
We would like to use the Products section within the ticket to run reports at the end of the month to look at quantities of licenses then we can adjust their reoccurring invoice at the end of each month.

Auto-Calculate amount according to ticket completion time
When a ticket is assigned to a customer with a specific contract, that contract has a rate as well. When a technician sets the time he/she took to complete the ticket, it is less than the amount of time according to the rate. If the rate is $200 per hour, but the ticket only took 24 minutes, can Atera please add a function to then calculate the amount due for the 24 minutes instead of the $200 for a full hour.

Being able to bill for ticket time entries that are marked as billable and the ticket is in OPEN, CLOSED OR RESOLVED status. What we would like is to be able to complete invoicing for customers for a period of time rather than for closed/resolved tickets. Our organisation invoices for a quarterly period for all services that been completed during that period, however the issue that we currently find with Atera is that a lot of the tickets that we want to bill for fall across multiple quarters and are in open status, which means we can't pull the billing…

White Label Invoice e-mail
Customers have come to know what e-mail addresses send invoices and bills or know how to find them in their inbox by domain name / company name. With the current setup, lots of our customers miss the invoices or they get blocked for being from a domain that isn't whitelisted. Being able to add elements to the template used for invoice generation would be fantastic.
How about an e-mail template similar to the existing ones, so we can indicate where we want things and what to include in them?
Ticket Date, Duration, Ticket Number, Ticket Name, impact etc.

Allow different currencies (EURO)
Please offer billing in EURO. Its pretty expensive to pay in Dollar and pay extra expenses for the bank.

Set Contract Period to more than a year.
A lot of vender warrenty contracts are for more than a year. Typically 2, 3, 5 year.
So it would be great to be able to set a contract period to a flexible number of years.
When choosing "flexible years" a number field could show up for the number of years wanted.2 votes -

Multiple Line Items for Retainer/Flat Fee Contracts
Have the ability to add multiple line items each with a quantity for multiple products. For example, billing M365 licenses, the ability to list each license with a quantity.
