Gradient MSP integration
This tool allows easy integration for automating billing of other services like O365 and tons of other cloud services. This would save me 30 hours a month with automation.

All they have to do for this is allow Contract updates through their API. It is easy enough and I agree, it would save a ton of hours and possibly increase revenue
