Also would like this option. Just need to disable the ability for a role to see devices is all. The tech will only be handling tickets for a specific piece of software.

i didnt even consider that this wasnt an option until i just went to delete an internal comment that posted twice. I cant believe how much basic functionality Atera has missed on their ticketing system. Its almost like they made it without talking to anyone who has ever used one.

Its actually pretty telling that a simple request like this has been ignored for 3+ years. It does not instill alot of confidence in Atera's team or product.

I just need an approver license. I want a ticket form for permission requests to be sent to an approval committee and its not worth $2400 a year for that.

Agreed! There is no reason that every single metric that is already tracked shouldnt be available on the devices screen as a column.
The link to the "Pubic" roadmap does not work.
