1) Atera... y'all need to find these ignored gems... I've been complaining about device info being out of date for months with your 'onboarding' team. Here I find not one, but two ideas about this very thing, both of them nearly 4 years old with zero commentary.
Here is that other idea: https://atera.uservoice.com/forums/936306-ideas-and-feedback/suggestions/45009604-refresh
2) You've clearly known that the data refresh rate was a problem if there used to be a way to initiate this refresh. One might assume that if a technician is actively viewing a device that you would initiate a more frequent refresh rate to make sure that technician has the latest information to best help the end user... but too many times have I been able to prove the information to be inaccurate by spinning-up a command line and running my own queries.
I'm adding this one to my report, please merge these ideas and add this to the roadmap... easy, easy, easy win.

"Thank you for telling us about an easy win, but we won't be implementing it because our salespeople don't know how to market the feature and thus we cannot correlate this effort directly to profit."
Prove me wrong, Atera.
As others have said, a checkbox in personal preferences which loads a different CSS file or a 'darkmode' class that overrides the color scheme.

2 more years later, this request has received no attention, and the terminal regardless of platform remains terrible.
1) No auto-complete, big failure, other tools mastered this; please refer to Webmin for a quality product
2) With does not change when window is made full screen; please refer to Webmin for a quality product
3) There is no way to properly 'break' the active command, and sometimes terminating the terminal "window" and re-opening just hangs
4) All tools need to be dedicated pop-ups or at the very least have the option to open in a new window from the initial pop-up. There is no such thing as multitasking in Atera, I am forced to open a new Atera session for every tool I need to use. -

Shocker, another very popular idea completely ignored by Atera.
Here is how you fix this Atera:
1) Use the code from the device page for the main dashboard
2) Implement customer and folder filters for said dashboard
3) Allow us to save dashboard views just like device viewsSo simple, even AI could get this done. Anyone with more than 10 "customers" already find the dashboard to be a waste of time. I open directly to the devices page myself.

Similar idea under consideration, definitely recommend everyone head that way and add your input so they push their consideration to implementation:

Similar idea from 2021 y'all missed: https://atera.uservoice.com/forums/936306-ideas-and-feedback/suggestions/44075556-screen-monitors-preview-somewhat-blurred-befo
All we need is something like you get from Hyper-V, VMware, iDRAC/iLO, etc...
To appease some of the other comments, this would ideally be its own widget on the device page such that it could be restricted to specific agents or roles.

More low hanging fruit from nearly 5 years ago... this would be a very simple change, and if you wanted to make sure you didn't cause trouble for any customers who don't care, just make this a configurable option in the personal settings.
Allow us to create our own title using variables....
%customer%
%device%
%folder%Easy wins here...

Hierarchy, who would have thought? Can we get this parent/child relationship for basically everything please?!?!
I need subfolders for my folders.
I need subclients for my clients.
I need sub<object> for my objects.
An idea from 2021 with zero commentary from Atera... say it ain't so.

Just like most everything else from the device page, this needs to be something that can be undocked. Whether command line, copilot, task manager... all of these "tools" need to get out of the way.
As it stands, we have to constantly open multiple instances of the device page so we can multi-task on a single device. This is painful.
A simple 'undock' feature which would regenerate the tool in a dedicated pop-up screen that did not require the entire Atera page to be loaded as well.
In case you didn't know, the Atera app page takes an extraordinarily long time to load... every, single, time.

There are many problems with the ticketing system when compared to the basic features of Jira - a completely free ticketing system for under 10 users.
I was just about to post this idea myself, as I also noticed the behavior where ticket participant changes can only be changed by an agent by using the ticketing system itself. Nobody has the ability to add participants naturally through an e-mail, even if that person is the original requestor adding participants to their own reply to the ticket. That comment is registered, but the participants are not added and will not receive subsequent updates unless an agent notices the additional person from the email itself and adds them manually before responding in the ticket.
This is a MASSIVE oversight that literally ALL other ticketing systems have figured-out.

All the things!
Whatever exists for AnyDesk proper, should be mirrored in the Atera App itself for administrators. Why does it seem like we are just borrowing from Atera's own license and being left to the whims of the dev team for any personal preferences that most likely differ from that of other Atera customers?

Oldest idea on this topic, please merge everything: https://atera.uservoice.com/forums/936306-ideas-and-feedback/suggestions/45629074-how-to-setup-customer-with-multiple-locations-c
We have several clients with multiple locations, and furthermore we have some clients with multiple buildings/suites on a single address.
This isn't a "wish" or an "idea" - this is actually a bug in your software. The RMM needs to have the ability to EMULATE reality, you do not get to dictate how we - the paying customer - operate our systems/companies.
Related topic: SUBFOLDERS!
So many feature ideas in this system, and many would likely share the same code or are simply just as obvious as 'breath-in to stay alive'.

I would like to enhance this request to say that we basically need the Atera agent to replace GPO entirely so we have a central policy management across customers/clients.
GPO is just registry keys, but GPMC translates that into human-readable objects, no matter how confusing they might be.
What we need is close to MDM, but not actually MDM... I don't need authoritative control over the device, I just need a system which can deploy the registry settings that would normally originate from GPO directly to the agent.
This would solve the problem of managing endpoints which do not belong to a server, and enhance security for BYOD devices. It also consolidates our configuration across clients/domains such that we would only ever need one policy for power settings.

There are a few other similar ideas that should all be included in the final solution, which is we wish to see all things on the graph...
CPU temps
Memory temps
GPU temps
SSD/HDD temps
Disk Usage
Disk Space (trends can be paired with updates or software installations)
In general I don't require these to be live graphs, the current method of periodic data capture to show trends over longer periods is adequate.
Something to implement in the future would be a real time monitoring option, not something which would be retained beyond the monitoring session and should absolutely be its own pop-up window.
