Oldest idea on this topic, please merge everything: https://atera.uservoice.com/forums/936306-ideas-and-feedback/suggestions/45629074-how-to-setup-customer-with-multiple-locations-c
We have several clients with multiple locations, and furthermore we have some clients with multiple buildings/suites on a single address.
This isn't a "wish" or an "idea" - this is actually a bug in your software. The RMM needs to have the ability to EMULATE reality, you do not get to dictate how we - the paying customer - operate our systems/companies.
Related topic: SUBFOLDERS!
So many feature ideas in this system, and many would likely share the same code or are simply just as obvious as 'breath-in to stay alive'.

This was the first idea I could find on this topic, but here are two others that have gotten attention as well. We need a mod to merge these together please implement ASAP.

I would like to enhance this request to say that we basically need the Atera agent to replace GPO entirely so we have a central policy management across customers/clients.
GPO is just registry keys, but GPMC translates that into human-readable objects, no matter how confusing they might be.
What we need is close to MDM, but not actually MDM... I don't need authoritative control over the device, I just need a system which can deploy the registry settings that would normally originate from GPO directly to the agent.
This would solve the problem of managing endpoints which do not belong to a server, and enhance security for BYOD devices. It also consolidates our configuration across clients/domains such that we would only ever need one policy for power settings.

Warranty tracking has already been done, far better than I imagine Atera will be capable of... I just need Atera to integrate. Please, please, please do not try to implement this yourself Atera, you have the integration platform - let's use that please.
It will take you years to catch-up, just accept that a decentralized management system is the answer, not an all-in-one solution for us to get frustrated and find a replacement.
Stay in your lane, please.

It would be nice for this to be built-in, but I understand managing the API's for all potential device vendors/manufacturers would be very cumbersome. Perhaps integration with a third-party that already does this, but very specifically allowing two-way sync so Atera can retrieve this information without the need of a third-party portal.
As much as I would prefer not to pay more for this feature, it is certainly helpful enough so that we can include this information along with an invoice when new computers are procured and added to the system.

CIPP, but INTEGRATE, do not INCORPORATE.
Stop trying to compete with everything, I just need you to integrate. Display the licensing information for a user in Atera from CIPP. Provide me with a link directly to the user or customer in CIPP.
You don't need to be the jack of all tech, we need you to be the master of RMM and PSA please! i.e. SUBFOLDERS FOR THE LOVE OF 42!

The AI is also helpless. It doesn't seem to have access to the basic metadata available on the device dashboard and often cannot apply fixes directly to the device should it find a solution.
Who from the product team is focusing on existing features rather than always going for the new hotness just because it is popular? I don't need Atera to do everything, but I do need to be the best at doing what it promises.
I have created multiple feature requests, followed up on some of them with support tickets, and have a spreadsheet with nearly 30 other feature requests that I simply haven't had a chance to review this ridiculous forum to make sure I'm not creating duplicates.
These types of ideas portals are absolute wastelands; there are never enough people on the product team to properly manage the volume of requests.
I don't need an all-in-one app, I don't need new features, I don't need this to cost any more money than it already does! I need integrations. I need the product team to take these ideas and find a company that has already mastered the product with their own development team.
Atera can still be a single pane of glass but just integrate with the solutions that work. Stop reinventing the wheel and just use the best wheel for the job.

Congratulations on helping shape Atera! The feature you requested is currently being considered for development. Please be patient as the process can take a while or even stall to make way for other features. We’ll update you once it’s been implemented and released!

When an agent is uninstalled, but the device is not deleted from the console, upon reinstallation the device is added as a duplicate.
This should not only re-register itself to the existing device, but the fact that a device can be deleted at all from the console is concerning. We don't have a need for a full lifecycle manager, but we do expect that our RMM is fully capable of maintaining strict device inventory based the serial number. It shouldn't be possible to "lose" a device. We need the bare minimum of lifecycle tracking to include the device creation, any changes (including hostname changes), and device archival.
At the very least we need the ability to merge devices from the admin console.
Without this, I cannot trust the inventory in Atera to be accurate... sometimes devices go offline for a reason, like spare PC's. Atera can't be forgetting about these, and it definitely cannot be losing track of anything because an agent was reinstalled (a common troubleshooting step for any software, yes?).

All the things!
Whatever exists for AnyDesk proper, should be mirrored in the Atera App itself for administrators. Why does it seem like we are just borrowing from Atera's own license and being left to the whims of the dev team for any personal preferences that most likely differ from that of other Atera customers?
