Compare serial number of agent in order to hunt down the same agent appearing multiple times in atera
Have atera compare serial number on device in order to make it easier to hunt down the same agent appearing twice or more because of reinstall of client.
It would be nice with joint report that shows clearly what machines and to what customer they are connected. And also a auto cleanup cross all customers and for a single customer.

When an agent is uninstalled, but the device is not deleted from the console, upon reinstallation the device is added as a duplicate.
This should not only re-register itself to the existing device, but the fact that a device can be deleted at all from the console is concerning. We don't have a need for a full lifecycle manager, but we do expect that our RMM is fully capable of maintaining strict device inventory based the serial number. It shouldn't be possible to "lose" a device. We need the bare minimum of lifecycle tracking to include the device creation, any changes (including hostname changes), and device archival.
At the very least we need the ability to merge devices from the admin console.
Without this, I cannot trust the inventory in Atera to be accurate... sometimes devices go offline for a reason, like spare PC's. Atera can't be forgetting about these, and it definitely cannot be losing track of anything because an agent was reinstalled (a common troubleshooting step for any software, yes?).

we are facing this as major issue because sometimes client reinstalling OS or changing HDD then reinstall agent and we are losing everything for old endpoint as new has been created in atera..even its hard to find duplicates ..must have merge option or to lock it down with system bios mac address to rejoin same machine as old or flagged
