@here look into CIPP for m365 managment - it is amazing. otherwise all I need is the abiliity to invoice for M365 licenses

It's been said before, but basic monitoring is really getting to be a critical requirement. I would expect to see quota limit notification (Near the 50GB limit) and MFA enrollement. Failed login in 24 hours per account could also be nice.

Alerts for
-risky user sign-in
-failed logon attempts threshold of example 50 within 5 minutes to indicate brute force attack
-mailbox almost to 50Gb threshold
-new device added to mailbox -

Agree with those that are requesting integrated login with Microsoft account. This would be a huge PLUS for users. It's so simple to do I don't know why it's not already been implemented.

Even the simple ability to reset user passwords without leaving the platform would be helpful.

We would love to see more information regarding Microsoft accounts in Atera. We want to track which mailboxes have which licenses, what mailboxes are licensed and which aren't, which addresses are distribution groups, 365 groups or shared mailboxes. Current license counts, etc. For 'generic accounts', like "reception@" or "sales@", tracking which clients were using these accounts previously would be handy. (i.e. Vanessa is reception, which used to be Grant, which used to be Shelley, etc.)
Tracking additional data would also be handy, like Microsoft outages. We don't do much enterprise stuff like InTune, but we could see those kinds of integrations being greatly desired too!

You should create a section on the left hand side for Office365 in Atera similar to network discovery. Create a reporting/alerting dashboard using PowerShell scripts. On the site below they have a free demo portal which will show you hundreds of examples of all the things you can accomplish with powershell and the native office365 audit logs. https://admindroid.com/ This company provides an affordable software which you run on your own hardware and grant read access to a service in your tenants, but I don't know or trust the company.

I would like to have the following features on 365 integration:
- A dashboard with:
1. monitoring on the 365 security tenants, for example strange logon attempts.
2. Security status on tenants.
- Integration with Intune and autopilot.
- Windows defender integration
- Conditional acces ?
- Adding user accounts with licences. -

Integration with both Microsoft Tenant and Distributors such as Ingram Micro and Pax8 for purchase, billing, and overall management, coupled with reconciliation to clients for Microsoft products installed. I need to be able to easily order and bill customers and quickly have M365 installed. If there is overage billing for OneDrive or other then it needs to be tied to the client and license.

Allow user/group/team creation in atera and sync to O365. As well as adding/removing licenses and/or users.

SSO with portal, multiple tenants and automated sync on a schedule.

I hate to be negative but the current import of users function is pointless. The integration imports every account, there is no way to determine any filter criteria like licensed users or users in a group. Now I have a site with every service account, every office365 group, and every teams group that I have to delete, one at a time through a 3 click process that requires 2 page loads. Painful.
What value does the integration provide? I could just as easily export the users I want to file and import that. -

This was first added well over a year ago, but yet it still lingers like a bad actor begging for his next role.
Come on Atera get on the team and make it happen. Can't be that complicated many others before you have done it. Actions speak much loader than
