commentedCIPP, but INTEGRATE, do not INCORPORATE. Stop trying to compete with everything, I just need you to integrate. Display the licensing information for a user in Atera from CIPP. Provide me with a link directly to the user or customer in CIPP. You don't need to be the jack of all tech, we need you to be the master of RMM and PSA please! i.e. SUBFOLDERS FOR THE LOVE OF 42!

commentedIt's been said before, but basic monitoring is really getting to be a critical requirement. I would expect to see quota limit notification (Near the 50GB limit) and MFA enrollement. Failed login in 24 hours per account could also be nice.

commentedAgree with those that are requesting integrated login with Microsoft account. This would be a huge PLUS for users. It's so simple to do I don't know why it's not already been implemented.

commentedEven the simple ability to reset user passwords without leaving the platform would be helpful.

commentedWe would love to see more information regarding Microsoft accounts in Atera. We want to track which mailboxes have which licenses, what mailboxes are licensed and which aren't, which addresses are distribution groups, 365 groups or shared mailboxes. Current license counts, etc. For 'generic accounts', like "reception@" or "sales@", tracking which clients were using these accounts previously would be handy. (i.e. Vanessa is reception, which used to be Grant, which used to be Shelley, etc.) Tracking additional data would also be handy, like Microsoft outages. We don't do much enterprise stuff like InTune, but we could see those kinds of integrations being greatly desired too!

commentedYou should create a section on the left hand side for Office365 in Atera similar to network discovery. Create a reporting/alerting dashboard using PowerShell scripts. On the site below they have a free demo portal which will show you hundreds of examples of all the things you can accomplish with powershell and the native office365 audit logs. https://admindroid.com/ This company provides an affordable software which you run on your own hardware and grant read access to a service in your tenants, but I don't know or trust the company.

 2. Security status on tenants.
 - Integration with Intune and autopilot.
 - Windows defender integration
 - Conditional acces ?
 - Adding user accounts with licences.

commentedIntegration with both Microsoft Tenant and Distributors such as Ingram Micro and Pax8 for purchase, billing, and overall management, coupled with reconciliation to clients for Microsoft products installed. I need to be able to easily order and bill customers and quickly have M365 installed. If there is overage billing for OneDrive or other then it needs to be tied to the client and license.

commentedI hate to be negative but the current import of users function is pointless. The integration imports every account, there is no way to determine any filter criteria like licensed users or users in a group. Now I have a site with every service account, every office365 group, and every teams group that I have to delete, one at a time through a 3 click process that requires 2 page loads. Painful.
What value does the integration provide? I could just as easily export the users I want to file and import that.
