I would love to see an actual ping time in ms plus a good amount of history. All I can see i UP or down right now and that's only so helpful. Thank you.

You should not be getting any agent availability alerts while automated reboots are happening. At least let us set a maintenance window during automated backups until that can be implemented.

Can you also add the option to auto-resolve different types of alerts or not. We should be able to see an alert history. They can fall down below into an inactive status or change color but seeing history helps us identify trends and quickly see what's happened recently.

Ability for the agent to detect a loss of network or internet connection and notify the user with a popup. Could save some huge headaches. User can jsut call and say my internet is down and not nothing is working. Helps the technician a lot.

Ability to link the agent to the currently logged in user. Managing every user registration on multiple computers AND citrix is basically insane. TY

Absollutely! Need a uninstall password per org or per device. Having to disable the whole installation protection for an account is silly. Appreciate the constant development but you're making it harder on us to manage.
