Warranty Information Collection
Since the Atera Agent already collects the Service Tag or Serial number it would be great if it could potentially record warranty information and/or display that on the device screen and incorporate that into the Audit report.

Warranty tracking has already been done, far better than I imagine Atera will be capable of... I just need Atera to integrate. Please, please, please do not try to implement this yourself Atera, you have the integration platform - let's use that please.
It will take you years to catch-up, just accept that a decentralized management system is the answer, not an all-in-one solution for us to get frustrated and find a replacement.
Stay in your lane, please.

Is this still under review, or planned for development?

This would be very useful and allow us an an MSP to be more proactive with our customers on devices that are coming to their natural end and potential revenue for new procurements.

Are there any updates on this feature? This post has been open for over 2 years now.

As a workaround for this, I'm using powershell to generate an AD-Computer report that shows when computers were added to AD, which is serving a similar purpose to get a fair estimate on the age of a computer. Of course, warranty durations aren't necessarily consistent and it would be helpful to know warranty statuses.
I may create a separate idea, but adding some AD values to Atera like Object>Created and Modified could be helpful.AD Computer Created - Script reference:

Also it would be nice to create automation to trigger ticket creation when warranty is going to expire in 90,60 & 30 days.

there is a already a sync to scalepad (ex. warrantymaster) but it is only one way. why not getting back the warranty end date and fill a field. "integration" does mean "sync" in both directions to me an not one way...

Certainly Dell offer an API to get this information and I bet HP and others do too so it should be easy for this to be implemented.
I realise Atera integrates with ScalePad but it's expensive to just get warranty information and it works by ScalePad pulling data from Atera whereas I want to view the Warranty information within Atera !
