We would love to see more information regarding Microsoft accounts in Atera. We want to track which mailboxes have which licenses, what mailboxes are licensed and which aren't, which addresses are distribution groups, 365 groups or shared mailboxes. Current license counts, etc. For 'generic accounts', like "reception@" or "sales@", tracking which clients were using these accounts previously would be handy. (i.e. Vanessa is reception, which used to be Grant, which used to be Shelley, etc.)

Tracking additional data would also be handy, like Microsoft outages. We don't do much enterprise stuff like InTune, but we could see those kinds of integrations being greatly desired too!

Yes! We like to add various notes to clients - what kind of license their mailbox has, if their mailbox is currently shared or forwarded, what is a shared mailbox, what is a distribution email, etc. Right now, if someone asked if so-and-so had a standard license, we'd have to open the Microsoft portal!
