client notes
It would be nice to have the ability to add notes to a customers file and have them displayed to Technicians when creating tickets. this could be used to relay information about specific billing arangments, work authorisations required and even if a customer has been put on credit hold.
An extention of this would be to also incorporate notes in Contracts to allso display when choosing a contract which will assit technicians to select the correct one when multiple exist

As soon as enter contact on a new ticket, any notes related to the contact AND/OR company should "pop up" so tech is aware of critical things such as:
"Don't call this person She or Her" (contact note)
"Don't service until they pay" (company note)
"All requests for new licenses must be approved by Mr. X" (company note) -

Yes! We like to add various notes to clients - what kind of license their mailbox has, if their mailbox is currently shared or forwarded, what is a shared mailbox, what is a distribution email, etc. Right now, if someone asked if so-and-so had a standard license, we'd have to open the Microsoft portal!
