  1. a disgruntled employee could go through Atera and delete critical passwords. the wrong password could be updated. An old system could come back to us with an out of data admin password that has been updated in atera and the old one forgotten.

    the ability to run a password history report on a client to see old or deleted passwords that were stored in atera, so it would make the actions of a disgruntled employee useless instead of critically damaging.

  2. It would be great to have a feature to allow for Microsoft patch roll back built into the product. This would be great when Microsoft puts out a patch that does not function as expected and thus affecting machine performance and/or non-functioning.

    Every product that I have used in the past offers this feature.

  3. Add ability to add multiple threshold profiles onto device

    e.g. one for device monitoring (disk space, cpu usage) and add another for monitored events or services

  7. It would be nice if the Atera agent could discover and effectively manage hypervisors, as Hyper-V. That it detects the Hyper-V role installed, Virtual Machines running on each host, and show the statistics and status of all the VMs in almost real-time in the web console. Also, to be able to see the overall resource utilization like RAM, CPU, Disk, from the host side, so that we can confirm our virtualization host is going OK. Also later the ability to monitor and manage Hyper-V Clusters.

  9. Clients have asked me for copies the the ticket's in a pdf form. There is no nice way to print a ticket, and the time entry notes.

  10. We enabled WOL (Wake on LAN) on our desktops. It would be great if we can schedule a WOL packet being send to offline computers before processing the automation task. So we never interupt the end users by processing the updates outside office hours.

  14. Currently a single customer is unable to have several different sites configured. For example of company that runs several dentist practices in different locations. Also if you create a new customer for each of the practices you are unable to use the same contact / owner details across the different customer profiles which causes another problem.

    So the solution would allow us to create multiple sites under one customer profile thus allowing us to access these different sites and allowing us to use the same contact details. It will also be good to have the ability to assign different contract…
