  2. Would be great to have a "Device" Tab on the bottom of the mobile app so we'd have a direct way to access the full list of devices in alphabetical order (with the option to sort)

  3. The ability to edit Ticket entries, in particular private notes. I often use them to create a list of things that need to be done, or possible solutions to try on a particular ticket and creating a new note each time seems a waste.

  4. I want to be able to see who has used a particular machine and when, for at least the last 10 users or so.

  6. When looking at the devices for a customer it would be nice to see their local IP address to compare across all devices, easier to quickly check the server IP or a workstation IP to compare info

  7. It would be nice if Atera will integrate Microsoft Teams to his platform. For example Atera could deliver alerts over a Teams Channel and not only via email.

  9. Could be great that the Atera agent scans the devices looking for known vulnerabilities, just as we do with some products, to then report all the items found and having a knowledge base with all the recommended fixes.

    For example, Atera would scan the registry for settings that are not in compliance with a template provided like "Windows Clients - enhanced security", and then will report for each found setting and will have a link for the knowledge base with more information on what should be configured. Templates could be provided by the Atera community, the Atera product engineers, and…

  10. I would pay double if we could get a dedicated, customizable WALLBOARD that doesn't have access to anything except the widgets we checkbox.

    Basically the existing Dashboard, but not requiring a User License and that WALLBOARD user not having access to anything except for the live dashboard.

    Every other system has a Wallboard/NOC Display feature.

    No user license would be used for this, as it wouldn't be a user, but I wouldn't be against paying a little extra for this "user", as I understand it would require it's own login. That dedicated login would also have to not be limited…

  13. Install agent on Synology, QNAP or Raspberry Pi. As we move to more cloud and Saas based offerings, the days when people had dedicated servers in the office is going away. As such I would like to be able to install the agent on another type of device like a NAS.

  14. Assign a contact to multiple agents and/or assign multiple contacts to an agent. Preferably the latter of course (n:n). It's very common for a customer to use/own multiple devices or a device being used by multiple users.

  15. We need to be able to search the device list. It's not in any sort of logical order, and we can't sort by/filter anything. A basic machine name search would be really useful.

  16. Alerts, should be repetitive if someone is down. Currently you get ONE alert if something is down (servers, network equipment, etc....not desktops). There should be a repeating alarm (every 10 / 15 / X minutes) so that it is AWARE and RESOLVED. This is BASIC stuff for a RMM.

    Also, you should have an alert that if something was DOWN, that it came back UP. Again, BASIC stuff in a RMM.

  17. The app constantly logs out and doesn't retain a login session.

    It would be great to not have to constantly login on the app (maybe couple with faceID for iPhones?)

  18. Some clients are simply using the built in Windows Anti-virus "Defender". Seems to me that should be better integrated into the Atera echosystem.

  19. Ok I am aware we can get alerts when a device is off line. I however have a number of remote users and they can be offline for days/weeks. I want to get a alert when the device is online so as I can run some background custom once off scripts. Please consider this as I would also use it for retired devices that SHOULD not be on the network prior to recycling which has happened.
