The same customer contact should be able to be assigned to several customers.

HTTP / HTTPs Admin Portals for Devices
We should be able to create a tunnel through an atera agent that allows us to administrative access an internal HTTP / HTTPs website for devices like
- Firewalls
- Printers
- Access Points
- Cameras
basically anything that you do not want to open up to the world but would like to admin without first logging into a server using splashtop or something else

Webroot license sync or storage in Atera
Sync customer license numbers with Webroot for automated installation, or at the very least allow us to manually copy the customers Webroot serial number into Atera so that we don't get to go get it from Webroot's portal every time a workstation is added.

Different License Types
The ability to have different licenses for different types of employees. For an example a tech that is hired for helpdesk only does not need the Quickbooks integration. It would be nice to be able to hold the Growth license as the owner and the Pro license for the tech. It would also be beneficial to have a billing only license type for bookkeepers.

Alert statuses and repetitive reminders
Alerts, should be repetitive if someone is down. Currently you get ONE alert if something is down (servers, network equipment, etc....not desktops). There should be a repeating alarm (every 10 / 15 / X minutes) so that it is AWARE and RESOLVED. This is BASIC stuff for a RMM.
Also, you should have an alert that if something was DOWN, that it came back UP. Again, BASIC stuff in a RMM.

Add a report for the last 10 users to log on to a machine and the login time
I want to be able to see who has used a particular machine and when, for at least the last 10 users or so.

Bulk On-Demand Software Inventory update / Software Inventory needs to show accurate information
Software inventory needs more accurate information. I install software but when running Advanced Conditions from the Devices section, they do not work reliably. If I manually do a Software Inventory operation, then go back, it will apply the filter properly. The refreshing is tedious, especially with hundreds or thousands of devices.

Intune integration
This has already been intergraded but not at the level it could be users, devices, agent install. Users are already assigned devices automatically in Intune you could easily pull that data and match it to the devices you have.

Change Threshold profiles to use a Parent/Child relationship model
It would be nice if threshold profiles were overhauled to use a system that uses a default parent profile and then you just create child profiles that contain deviations from the parent profile, for example, say for example we decide that on most devices we want to change the space alert from 90% to 95%, at the moment you have to go through and update every single profile that you have created.
What would be nicer is if that all additional profiles inherited the settings in the parent profile and then you just tweak anything that you want to disable…

Customer Portal Should Include Assets
Have the customer portal show the assets for that customer. So when a customer logs in on the portal they could see and manage their assets including adding, updating, and deleting assets.
