To be able to schedule Patch management tasks, this would be useful for Mac devices that require Upgrade patches to be run via Patch management instead of IT Automation profiles.
This workaround is useful for Mac devices that are offline, in order to help automate pushing Upgrade patches

Hardware inventory
It would be great to be able to generate a report that shows all the computers under a client and show at the same time all the hardware information including operating system, cpu, ram amount, hard drive or ssd on the same page.

Allow for customization of columns on ticketing screen
On the Ticketing page the columns are locked to the default fields. We don't utilize the SLA field within our organization; and the new sentiment column is also irrelevant.
Allowing the end user to change what is displayed on the ticketing dashboard would allow for extra space for fields that are relevant, like allowing for longer ticket titles to be displayed.

Email technician when they have been @ tagged on an internal note of a ticket
When you make an internal note and @ tag an engineer, That technician should receive an email saying "You have been mentioned on a ticket (hyplink to ticket)"

Windows update roll back
It would be great to have a feature to allow for Microsoft patch roll back built into the product. This would be great when Microsoft puts out a patch that does not function as expected and thus affecting machine performance and/or non-functioning.
Every product that I have used in the past offers this feature.

Automatically close Alert tickets when resolved
Would be really helpful to have alert tickets automatically close when the alert is resolved

Free Dashboard Account
Add the ability to login to a dashboard account for media walls in offices etc so the whole room can view the core dashboard data continuously.
It's V expensive to pay for an account in full for this option when all we need is the dashboard showing on a big screen for visibility.

New UI Customer View - Favorites Needs to be its own section
In order to get to favorites you have to create a filter and choose favorites, in the old you UI you just clicked the favorites tab. So the new UI creates more work to get to favorites, which favorites is used CONSTANTLY by or organization.

Please simplify the login process
When logging in, here's what I have to do
- Go to https://app.atera.com/auth0.html ("Login" button, top right, atera.com)
- Enter my email address, click "continue"
- A password field appears. Enter my password.
- I get a prompt to "Use fingerprint or face recognition" (which never works, it says "Something went wrong")
- I click "Try another method"
- I then click "Google Authentication or similar"
- On the following page a OTP field appears for my rolling code
Only after all this can I log in and get to working.
Now this wouldn't be so much of an issue if Atera didn't keep logging me out…

Approval by Admin for new devices being added to Atera Tenant
An approval process within the Atera tenants should be put into place for a newly added device after an Atera agent has been installed onto a machine for addtional security. This to avoid "rouge devices being added to tenant.

Export all BitLocker keys via the API
In light of the CrowdStrike issues late last week, I feel that it's critical that we be able to export all of the BitLocker keys via the API.
It's not a workable solution to have to open each agent and unhide the key to copy it into a spreadsheet.
The BitLocker keys should be available via the Agents "GET" command.

Patch Management Alerts if more than xx updates
An alert is created when a customer or device has more than xx number of patches. This would indicate that the device is failing to run patches/offline and requires investigation.
The idea would greatly assist us as the current schedule report takes so long to go through with so many devices to check
