New KB editor - lacks many formatting features
Please bring back the old KB Editor that allows for HTML formatting.
This new editor stinks and I can't use my nicely formatted KB's.
My old articles still allow editing with nice HTML formatting so why not give us the option to use old or new editor for new articles.
If this is security related than explain how/why the HTML editor is available in other parts of Atera?
This is definately a major step back especially since we all use AI for making KB's and having a consistent style makes the KB's better and easier to process.

I find the new editor lacking as well. The old editor had it's limitations as well, but the new one is not an improvement at all. A good wysiwyg editor would be great.

Honestly, the new knowledge base editor kind of stinks. I preferred having a larger text editor field with far more options to format text. It wasn't a robust word processor but it was about the same as many other word processing fields all over the internet.
This one feels like a leap backwards. Adding the body line by line, barely being able to change anything about each line. I get that there are new fancy field labels now but at least make the "text" field operate as it used to.

Could you please fix the text editor when creating knowledge base articles.
I have to create the article in a word document and then copy and paste it into the text box for creating articles.
Half the time it still distorts my text and font after copying and pasting.
Atera is great for the most part but this really makes me not want to create KB articles and I have to create articles, I am a Document Queen!
..Please make my life less stressful and fix this. -

KB Version – when someone makes the KB, then it turns out some one has the older version, we’d like to be able to pull up the previous version of an article. We are copy pasting it just as a back up.

KBs: it is very clunky the way it is formatted. Not easy to use. They come all all stretched and weird.
