Availability alert machine status unknown
I’m starting to implement SNMP monitoring for switches, NAS devices, firewalls, etc., as well as availability monitoring for several clients.
I’m currently receiving a lot of “machine status unknown” alerts. The availability monitoring alert time interval is set between a minimum of 90 seconds and up to 5 minutes, depending on how devices communicate with Atera servers.
I’m wondering if it’s possible to add the option to customize this time.
