The ability to have several sites for one customer
Currently a single customer is unable to have several different sites configured. For example of company that runs several dentist practices in different locations. Also if you create a new customer for each of the practices you are unable to use the same contact / owner details across the different customer profiles which causes another problem.
So the solution would allow us to create multiple sites under one customer profile thus allowing us to access these different sites and allowing us to use the same contact details. It will also be good to have the ability to assign different contract and SLA for each site as well.

I would love to see movement on this. We have multiple clients with multiple sites and it is messy to even find out where a user is located when a client has over 20 locations. Users should be able to be assigned to a site and have the contact information for the site show up under their contact in tickets so the user's primary phone number doesn't have to be the phone number of the site they work at in case they have a DID.

We need this desperately. Gets very confusing.
Would love to be able to:- Assign tickets to sites.
- Assign agents to sites (kind of doing this with folders, but would work better with sites, and then folders underneath each site).
- Assign certain contacts to be contacts for parent company as well as specific sites underneath that company.
- Ability to assign certain contacts only to a 'site' and not the parent company.
- Ability to add the physical addresses and phone numbers in for each site rather than just the company alone.

I have the same issue. we serve a multi-national franchise business and several of the franchisees own multiple locations, however, i am only able to add them to one.
It would be really helpful if we could associate a contact with multiple sites/customers -

Currently, we are using AutoTask but looking at alternative options but this at the moment is a deal-breaker in moving to Atera. AutoTask has the option of parent and child customers (which works but is not great) or location-based options with a head office (but then issues with the billing of contracts). About 20% of our clients have more than 1 office location, so I a big deal for us.
