I needed this just yesterday. Was onsite and didn't have my Laptop as wasn't expecting to need it. Ended up having to call another member of our team to ask them to send me the Bitlocker key because I found out it wasn't visible in the Atera mobile app!

This is something definitely critical to self-service for clients and ideally it should be customisable at customer level as there's certain scripts and web links would be critical for some clients to access yet completely irrelevant to others.
Obviously we can kind of get the same effect now using the chat with AI agent - however 90% of our clients won't talk to an AI agent no matter how capable it is, they prefer to just ring us - however if they could just right-click an icon and run a script, they would happily do that and save everyone a phone call for something simple.

We don't actually make use of the knowledge base for this reason. If it was able to be exported to markdown files we would definitely use it.
