An error occurred while saving the comment Ryan commentedYes, need to be able to set due dates on tickets. Add a due date column to the ticketing page and have the ability to sort tickets by date due.
This functionality is essential for planning/scheduling.

Would love to be able to:- Assign tickets to sites.
- Assign agents to sites (kind of doing this with folders, but would work better with sites, and then folders underneath each site).
- Assign certain contacts to be contacts for parent company as well as specific sites underneath that company.
- Ability to assign certain contacts only to a 'site' and not the parent company.
- Ability to add the physical addresses and phone numbers in for each site rather than just the company alone.

YES! The ability to pin individual tickets would be a massive time saver and help with efficiency. Currently I've just been making dummy changes to some tickets to keep them at the top which is ridiculous. Obviously another way of doing this would be making some new categories and then filtering, but it would be nice to be able to view all open tickets and have the most time critical pinned to the top, and even keep certain tickets which you may be working on, on and off over a period of days/weeks at the top for quick easy access.
