Create & Due Dates for Tickets
Add option to set a due date for a ticket.

Yes, need to be able to set due dates on tickets. Add a due date column to the ticketing page and have the ability to sort tickets by date due.
This functionality is essential for planning/scheduling.

Appears the "past due" field is based on SLA. Tickets really need to have the option of setting a due date. I like to add tickets when I find out about them, even if the due date is a month away.
Right now, I have to use the AI schedule tool, but that just hides the ticket.

We need to be able to set a Due Date and either get emailed when the date is met or at least show in the dashboard.

It boggles my mind that I cannot set a due date manually.
Why is this *only* a calculated field?
