It would be nice if we could assign multiple agents/devices to a single contact.
Example: Some contacts (users) have both a workstation & a laptop.
Example: Some contacts are the point contact for all computers (agents), so all communication will be sent to a single contact on the customer side for all devices/agents.

We have customers/users who have multiple devices (Work PC, Home PC, Laptops, Tablets...), so this would be very helpful.

The Patch Management within Atera is very limited and misleading. The dashboard and reporting is only focused on the Microsoft updates, so it gives customers a false sense of security thinking the device are completely patched and up to date.
Though Atera gives the option for creating automation to enable 3rd party patching via Chocolatey & Homebrew; there is no visibility into the status of those updates and are not reflected on the dashboard and reports. Ensuring that ALL products (e.g. Adobe, Citrix, Chrome...) are just as critical as applying Microsoft patches.
Atera should consider adding integrations with other software vendors (e.g. Bitdefender or Qualys) for Patch Management.
