run script as administrator
Need the option to run some scripts or powershell commands as an administrator.

I don't know why this has so little upvotes. Running powershell comands as admin is crucial to me. We have the case that we want to perform Application management by Winget which is not possible via scripts at the moment. Upvote from my side ; )
