I would extend this reqeust to automation policies in general. We need the possibility to apply an automation policy to a device or group of devices and the job should be excecuted immideatly if needed.

I don't know why this has so little upvotes. Running powershell comands as admin is crucial to me. We have the case that we want to perform Application management by Winget which is not possible via scripts at the moment. Upvote from my side ; )

Upvoting as other solutions offer this service with no additional costs. Is often requested by MSPs.

As the exisiting of an service catalogue is crucial for meeting the requirements of the ITIL framework I vote this up. We need the possibility to create service templates with free to define fields. This catalogue should be made available via the customer portal from my perspective. When the user requests a service an automated process with free to define timelines/SLAs should be starting. I support the idea of Nicos to manage this part completely apart from regular ticketing. Also there should be an option to define that access/request is only allowed for a specific group of indiviuals. If you want a direct input via videocall, feel free to contact me.

This is a really important request. Different companies have different infrastructure and software and therefore it will always be the case that KB-articles are only suitable to one specific customer. It would be really helpful to get granular control over who of my customer can view certain KB Articles. You can also see it from a privacy point of view as some KB-articles may contain sensible data that should not be available for other customers.

Another use case regarding this topic, which I think is crucial

    Public cloud Servers

These get often Autoscaled/Shut off during night time to save money.
At the moment I have several Azure servers which are shut down during night and create alarms in Atera until they are automatically powerend on again. From a reporting perspective the Uptime-Reliability is then not met even if in reality the server is a 100% for the necessary amount of time.

Other solutions have implemented some kind of scheduled downtime where I can decide at which specific hours the monitoring agent should not create any alert (per device/device group !)

Congratulations on helping shape Atera! The feature you requested is currently being considered for development. Please be patient as the process can take a while or even stall to make way for other features. We’ll update you once it’s been implemented and released!
